Manager Communication: It seems the Baldor orders have not been making there way up to the bar, if opening bar manager can make sure to get all of our items. I was flagged for some passionfruit puree in the kitchen walk-in and Chef Jared said he had to protect our sugar yesterday from his team.-LB
We might not need Gab to do a batching shift tomorrow, Ariel if you want to keep an eye on that and let her know if she doesn't need to come in as early or at all. -LB

I told Gabrielle that we did not need her tomorrow. This is reflected on 7Shifts. - AB2

Please remember to grab carafes from the kitchen and remind lobby bartenders to grab them at opening. I pulled about a dozen from in there today.-LB
Lobby bar has lost their key to the Lost and Found and projection closet.-LB
I think we should unhook the cold brew at like 7pm and use store and pour. -LB

The cold brew has been disconnected tonight going into tomorrow.

FOH Staff Observations:
Alex helped out bar team hard body tonight. He did rollups for us on top of the rest of the building. He was heavily thanked by all of us for we are now fully stocked going into tomorrow.
Jeremy was also gangsta tonight. He was comfortable taking over the 1st floor at the end of the shift. We were able to get Caleb out of here a lil earlier because of this.

Maintenance: The bubblers in the lobby seem cold, I will check again in an hour and then put the product back into there. The frozen machines in lobby with the Violet is over-freezing a bit still. -LB
A white duct taped piece of cardboard that was nestled into a vent or speaker? on the ceiling at Trees Lounge fell down, I  threw it out. Unsure if this was some jerry-rigging attempt at baffling if that is a speaker.-LB
Bubblers seem cold, but holding off on filling them. I am swapping the Violet in lobby to cold/slush every hour or so. -LB 
The Violet in the lobby got too frozen and too full, I scooped out some and brought it back to the walk-in. I have the top covering the machine and not spinning. -LB

Old Fashioned keg spilled out in the walk-in. I cleaned it up but this has been an ongoing issue. I tightened up the nozzle for the out spout. I will check up on it tomorrow throughout the AM shift to see if it continues.
Frozen machine in Lobby was turned off and unplugged for the night. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
