Manager Communication:
I mentioned last night but decided to cut Gabrielle from her shift today. We do not have to batch too much and figured we could go through the shift without her and that I can batch.
Customer Comments: I spoke with a customer at Trees Lounge after they saw Fantastic Four in Theater 2 at 8:15pm The gentleman was upset that he ordered food and everyone around them got their food and was eating, no one came by for 30-40 minutes. When they finally did, they got the burger to them, he said he finished it during the credits. He felt it was disingenuous to comp the popcorn, knowing the cost of popcorn for us is quite low. This customer also had 4 Absoluts, which perhaps we could have comped. I apologized, offered them a round at Trees, but they only wanted passes. I gave them 4 passes. I do think there are times when the servers do not make their way to see if anyone needs anything that was forgotten, or to check for flags. He was a fan of ours and I told him I hoped they would give us a chance to make it up to them on their next few visits. Unsure if we can track their email for the passes and make sure they have a good time next time, I think you clever people can.
I rehooked-up the Cold Brew keg, put the Iced Tea + Lemonade in the bubbler in the lobby, and plugged the frozen back in downstairs and re-filled everything up. Lets see what happens and I will adjust/mention everything accordingly. - AB
I took the temperature on the bubblers in the lobby and they are 20 degrees hotter than what we need them to be for food safety. Gus is looped in and will give it a shot trying to fix it tomorrow.-LB
I printed the Trivia special menus for tomorrow and I also printed a bunch more guest drink tickets for trivia. We need a button for Rose of Versailles with a count of 20 on it priced at $10. A button for Charles and Charles Rose at $25. -LB
The lobby bar key was at Trees, they are both in their correct locations.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: Lydia requested Greg wear a mask when I sent her to Trees (totally reasonable) so I just wanted to note it here: I have a box of masks in the liquor room in the drawer with my name on it. In case anyone feels unsafe working with someone sick, or feels sick. -LB
FOH Staff Observations: Erech (BOH) is so helpful when bussing, he goes above and beyond getting glassware into the dishwasher even if we have a bunch of cambros in the way. -LB
