Manager Communication: Rebecca was sick so it was a thin management team at the beginning of the day, but we kept it going. Was a good time. -GS
2 bottles of the Pomelado Orange wine broke during restocking. I did "Open Wine" for the 2 bottles at cost ($10.00) and did spillage. - AB2

Customer Comments: There were some super drunk people in trees at the beginning of the day. -GS

BAR Staff Observations: Really good teamwork tonight with the crew.-GS

Held onto Patrick longer than I had expected. We were busy and needed him through those final rushes since TH4, TH2, and TH1 were all well sold and were back to back to back and the bar had a solid crowd.
The team was awesome in Tree's tonight. We had a good pace with the Theaters and a lot of fun making drinks.
Gabrielle was great in Lobby solo. She didn't have any crazy sold theaters and showtimes lined up nicely so I was able to get Tevon out around 7 after he had set her up for success. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Breanna, Shae, & Siete were killing it as support for a while. Straight gangsta. Quetzie and Michael were great downstairs just HANDLING thangs. - AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
When opening drawers at Tree's or lobby bar, we put 0 to start the drawer. It makes the money weird at the end of the night when people punch in 300 when opening the drawer. Can we add this to the next Bar email? I know most know that but I have encountered this a few times here. - AB2

Prep List: Tevon crushed a huge list. We are set on Firewalk, Lemonade, Tornado Wrangler. We have a Moneypenny batch ready to be kegged and charged. -GS

I charged the Moneypenny and Gus made some Arbol Tequila before he left.
SILVER SURFER  - We have a little under 4 qts in Tree's and a lil under 2 qts in Lobby. I updated the count to 34. We sold 29 all day today. With that being said, we should probably batch some over the weekend. - AB2
REBEL - We have an empty keg. I cleaned and put next to the other one in the Walk-In. - AB2

Lost & Found?:
Those drunk peeps mentioned earlier left a black Coach backpack with a lot of wrapped up food. James brought it to L&F. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
