Friday 05.31 Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication:  Chill night. Not really much to say here. AB2 BAR Staff Observations:  Everyone was great today. Tevon batched us up real nice and we should be good through the start of the weekend. Gabrielle was great by herself in the lobby. Natasha and Matthew thugged it out in Trees and everything was smooth as ever. Pleasure working with the crew! AB2 Sick Leave/ Call outs:  Ashley was out sick today.  Gil walked me through how to delete her shift and then add her to the Sick section on 7Shifts. JH  Dana will be out tomorrow, but luckily sales look pretty mellow.  I spoke with Paul and will be coming in for a mid bar manager shift at 2:00pm.  I will communicate with opening managers and bartenders. JH Special Events?  PSP brought another good-sized crowd to Trees to start the day.  Fairly lowkey, as usual, with some babies trying out tots for the first time, which is always a treat. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Chenelle g...

Thursday 05.30 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: An extremely quiet Thursday in the building to be expected after a holiday weekend. Trees stayed pretty quiet until the later round, where we had a good crowd come in to watch the game. -DL BAR Staff Observations:  Both Lydia and Kelsey did a good job opening up both bars and navigating a pretty mellow first round.  Communicated about product needs and both got ahead of weekly cleaning tasks. Kelsey did speak to me a little bit about the 'availability' email she received from Paul, and I just reiterated our general policy of expecting staff to have weekend availability and that the conversation would take place during her review.  She seemed a bit surprised at being expected to work more than her preferred three days, and I heard from other staff that she was very put out by the weekend availability question. JH After the crowd started to die down, Matthew was able to get cut early and leave Natasha to do a chill close solo. Darius had no issues in ...

Wednesday 05.29 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Quiet first round of today with little to no walkins. Spent the majority of the day doing some extra cleaning at both bars. -DL Overall, the night stayed mellow. TH3 Big Time had a decent crowd before doors, and the Trees Lounge area stayed bumpin' due to the weather change. AB Customer Comments: Got a call from Lobby for MOD assistance with a guest. I spoke to a woman named Carmen who was leaving her movie early after her experience with Jay. Getting the full story, it seemed she was confused about the style of service while insisting she's been here before. She was apologetic about ordering incorrectly, but did not appreciate Jay's attitude toward her. She was verbal-ordering quite a bit well into the movie, and had allergy questions. She mentioned he rolled his eyes and said, "this is the last thing I'm putting in for you, write your next order down". Jay mentioned she was calling his name from row 1 when he was all the way in row 5....

Tuesday 05.28 Nick/Dana/Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Everyone in the building got a nice break today after a wild Memorial Day Weekend.. except THE BAR TEAM! Trivia was bumpin', and our lovely bartenders held it down. Maya was missed, but y'all should have seen Ian with his little tray. Tevon got us batched back up to normal. AB BAR Staff Observations: Thank you Darius, Ian, Jeshua, Tevon! AB Sick Leave/ Call outs: Miguel let us know very early in the morning that he was feeling worse, and mentioned urgent care. Will check up on him throughout the week. Jeshua opened/closed Lobby. AB Special Events? Trivia! Busy but smooth. AB 86ed / counts on items:  86 Post Shift Pilsner until tomorrow. Also, 86 The Pink Opaque forever (no raspberry puree, coming off the menu Friday). AB Prep List: Ecto Chiller once more tangerine juice gets delivered. AB Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Stumptown & US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH Other Half, Winebow, Union and Southern will arrive tomorrow. -DL

Monday 05.27 Jenn/Ariel

Manager Communication:  Every showing before 8:30pm was either sold out, or very close to it, so service was nonstop from the moment we opened doors.  Trees nursed a crowd pretty much all the way up to 6:00pm, and then that began to taper away. JH Pink Opaque was spilt in lobby behind the bar during the last round (approximately 1qt at most was lost). Not entirely sure how to ring in the spillage due to all the ingredients. AB2 Brought a bottle of Lillet Rose in today from NWB and I left it where the batch liquor lives. AB2 Jenna lost a piece from the frozen machine. It is one of the white roller smallish pieces. Kinda looks like a square cartoon head with spikey hair and a hole where some eyeballs would be. I looked in the liquor room to find this part to no avail. I can check in NWB tomorrow to see if we have a spare of this part as well. AB2 I took 5oz of Yuzu for NWB. AB2 BAR Staff Observations:  Lydia really did a solid job down in lobby, holding it down solo for the...

Sunday 05.26 Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication: Very calm morning - giving us plenty of time to prep for a busy evening. Once both mids were in and we finished some prep, Miguel was able to get cut.  Can we get log-ins updated on the Vendor/Account Log-ins doc? Specifically Skurnik & Baldor. Just trying to finish some Cocktail Cost & Pricing for summer menu. AB Trees had a huge crowd during the later rounds. Darius and Jeshua were able to tend to the guest ordering cocktails as I did service side. Jenna needed a bit of support in the lobby with all 3 of the theaters on first floor going off around the same time while a lot of people walked in to buy tickets. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Had to give Jeshua a conversation about slowing down while in service. We had 2 incidents tonight within 1 hour where he broke a glass in 2 different wells during the big rush of the day. Causing us to burn the ice and noticeably slowed service down. Not sure if this is something that should be marked in his file. If...

Saturday 05.25 Dana/Jenn

Manager Communication: Kill Bill Vol 1 got the day off to a busy start before everything dying down. Hitman is selling out the smaller theaters with a lot of walk ins. Should expect it to jump up most of this weekend. -DL Busy dinner rounds and evening, but Trees was actually pretty quiet after 9:00pm.  Those smaller theaters have been filling up, and Challengers still gets plenty of walk-in ticket sales, even the later showings. JH BAR Staff Observations: Natasha is an absolute pro at this Brunch shift. She set up Trees, handled a rush, batched up and was still able to get out of here 2 hours early to be first cut. -DL I spoke to Maya today about making sure to punch for a break whenever stepping outside, even when eating family meal. -DL Jeshua held down Lobby solo for the later rounds, and Matthew got him restocked and reset before leaving.  Great group at Trees tonight, with Jenna taking the lead on service pass and really was ready for every push.  Ian was great su...

Friday 05.24 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Memorial Day weekend shenanigans have begun. Plenty of guests excited for Furiosa, and no one is sleeping on Hit Man either. Challengers in TH2 exponentially jumped up, and as we know they love to order. Anticipate busy business levels on every level tomorrow & next.  Jenn & I broke out two cases of pints before the second round, and of course we had to stop service at a certain point until we received more glassware. Thankfully, Jared took charge and hit up every station. We really need to stay on top of servers with the pre-bussing issue going into four rounds for the next three days. AB BAR Staff Observations: Don't even know where to begin, tonight was the house that leads built. AB 86ed / counts on items:  Balvenie was 86'd on MB, but we still have a partially full bottle at Lobby.  I put it on a 5-count in the meantime. JH Prep List: We're looking good going into the weekend, will need Neon Demon at some point tomorrow. AB Ordering/Rec...

Thursday 05.23 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: With specials launching a day early, tonight was excellent preparation for tomorrow. Furiosa  is about 2.5 hours, and we definitely started to feel the glassware shortage again. We have broken out a few cases these last two weeks, and this definitely felt more like a pre-bussing issue. I'll keep an eye tomorrow night, and see if we should add more pints into rotation for Memorial Day weekend. AB Jovani asked for a quality check on the Peach Tea after a guest sent it back. The tea is fine, but someone put solely Yuzu Concentrate in the Citrus Mix bottle. I brought the Yuzu Concentrate back to the lowboy in a quart container. There weren't initials on the batch, not sure who to follow up with. AB We moved citrus mix into clear bottles at both bars, and Community Vodka is in the lowboy chilled for Death Chill orders. AB Can we get log-ins updated on the Vendor/Account Log-ins doc? Specifically Skurnik & Baldor. Just trying to finish some Cocktail Cost ...

Wednesday Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Calm first round as we prepped for the double feature in TH1. Gab opened lobby and immediately cleaned the bubbler after juicing. Kelsey was able to reset Trees around Dio checking the lowboy with no issue. -DL Happy First Double Feature! I have plenty of feedback. There are no words that express how hard everyone worked. While Darius batched, Gabrielle & Kelsey took on the initial Kill Bill push. The first movie was only moderately busy, and the tickets could not keep up with these girls! Heading into intermission, it was Darius solo at this point. We were anticipating a hefty bar crowd but most guests stayed put in the theater.  Right off the bat for the second half, the tickets would not stop. I hopped in an expo'ed/bartended from the inside, while Nathaniel helped tray drinks and Daniella gathered glassware. Guests were definitely pacing themselves during the first half, and planning their orders, writing long flags during intermission - ready to rage...

Tuesday 05.21 Ashley/Dana/Ariel

Manager Communication: Easy night. Everyone was great. -AB2 Special Events? Karaoke tomorrow, menus are ready in the bin. -AB Prep List: Tevon batched a bunch today. He made Ecto Chiller, Mr Fusion x2, Bloody Concentrate x4, and Demerara. -AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: OtherHalf, Finback, and Empire will arrive tomorrow. -DL

Monday 05.20 Jenn/Ariel

Just sending on my notes from yesterday, as Ariel could not access Blogger.  Manager Communication:  Very mellow Monday.  Challengers dinner round still sold well, but nothing really grew too much in sales after we opened doors. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Spoke to Lydia about needing to tighten up her Saturday closes, especially in regards to the lowboy at Trees having been left wide open this past Saturday night into Sunday morning.  However, this conversation got derailed when I saw that she had prepped the FWWM station with something that was definitely not chili salt.  When I asked her about it, she said she had no chili salt at Trees when she opened so she subbed in chamoy instead. I told her to dump out the product, clean the dish, and I brought up some chili salt from Lobby.  I reiterated that her openings could also use some work when it comes to precision and detail, as being out of a product is something that should be communicated to a...

Sunday 05.19 Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication: Busy start, which tapered off swiftly. Once Maya got in, Natasha got started on some much needed prep. AB The lowboy in Trees that has already been causing us issues was left wide open overnight. Mayra said there were pools of water on the floor and Matthew confirmed it was pooling water inside again as well. Everything was warm to touch and Al's N/A is still getting overstocked - blocking the fan. I removed them and cranked the cool up a bit if we can turn it back down at some point so it doesn't freeze over. AB Natasha cleaned the filter on the FWWM frozen machine in Trees, and it's not running as hot anymore. AB First floor stayed steady for majority of the evening so we kept Maya downstairs to support Jenna with a lot of filmbot walkins. Darius and Jeshua crushed all the rounds upstairs with Trees staying pretty calm for most of the evening. -DL The leak in the ceiling downstairs paid us another visit tonight when Jeshua was burning the ice in Tre...

Saturday 05.18 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication:  Easygoing Saturday morning, with plenty of theaters popping up in sales as the day progressed.  IF definitely has a lot of day-of/walk-in ticket sales, just as a note for staffing and cuts tomorrow. JH Another busy night in the building this evening. Water cups were low at Trees for most of the mid day rounds. A lot of small sodas and etc. going out during IF so bartenders should be mindful to keep more behind the bar than usual for service. -DL Customer Comments: There was a guest that require assistant in TH1. Dani wrote more about it in the FOH blog. -DL    BAR Staff Observations: Miguel and Ian switched shifts today and they both did a great job like usual. However you could see they were both exhausted towards the end of their shifts.  Special Events?  The wedding event went well, both bars were prepped ahead of time. Chenelle had printed out menus for both theater and bar service, so bartenders were able to stay on top of wh...

Friday 05.17 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: Busy Friday night but not an overwhelming one. Theaters had high numbers throughout the building but things flowed well for the bars respectfully. Due to being down one person we couldn't batch the small amount of items needed. Should be able to find time tomorrow at some point. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Natasha's presence was missed but the team did great being down a set of hands. Jeshua swung upstairs and was okay with staying to give Matthew added support for the crowd in Trees. Gabrielle handled lobby solo for majority of her shift and didn't even break a sweat. -DL Sick Leave/ Call outs : Natasha out sick. Will check in with her tomorrow to see if she's better for her shift on Sunday.-DL Prep List: Negroni, NA Spritz and Espresso Martini all kicked early this evening. -DL Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Rockaway arrived today.  Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH Maintenance : Hot water is back! -DL  Mobilebytes Issues: Red bar appeared on ...

Thursday 5/16 Dana

Manager Communication: Very peaceful day within the building. Everyone seem to be in good moods. Guest and staff alike. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Kelsey continues to impress. She held down service bar for the rush like an absolute pro. -DL During service I noticed some of the beers in the lowboy were not as cold as they normally are. Looks like bartenders are double stocking the Al's lagers causing a wall that's blocking the fans and causing the lowboy to not get cold enough. This may be the cause of the other lowboy issues.  Let's make sure they're not overstocking to avoid this issue moving forward. -DL FOH Staff Observations: Servers did a great job handling a big rush with little to no mistakes.  Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenn out sick. Schedulefly was updated. -DL Special Events? Carrie in TH2 went great. All the servers were on top of there game after the delay caused people to come in all at once. -DL Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: St. Agretis and Ruby Wellness...

Wednesday 05.15 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Calm start of the day with a good amount of walk in most likely due to the rain. -DL Stayed relatively calm, with Trees filling up before Challengers & Flintstones showings. Gabrielle knocked out a lot of cleaning in Lobby & was able to dip once Darius finished batching us up. Kelsey stuck around to help the start of the Flintstones  push. Tapered off from there. AB BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua was multi-tasking like a legend. No matter how busy the pass gets, he greets every guest that walks up to the bar as a priority. Cuidado, careful, around this mans work ethic! AB Staff Meeting Agenda notes: If this is already a policy clearly stated somewhere I apologize: I've had multiple instances recently with staff requesting & receiving passes for movies when they start before their out times. It's a conversation that doesn't get resistance if I explain I need them to stay instead - but those chosen seats could have gone to a non-employee g...

Tuesday Dana/Jenn 05.14

BAR Staff Observations:  Between Trivia's triumphant Singani-themed return, Dune  (1984) on 35mm, and Challengers selling out the tiny theaters, both bars were very busy all night.  Everyone at Trees did great at keeping up with service, but we definitely felt Tevon's absence.  Having a Lead Bartender behind Trees while a bar manager is expo'ing just makes the day a bit smoother, as they're great about independently preparing for restocks and service pushes.  However, everyone did great, and guests were happy. JH Special Events?  Trivia was packed and kept bartenders on their toes from about seven all the way 'til it wrapped up around 10:30pm.  People loved the prizes and the special drinks. JH Prep List:  Did not have the hands or time for batching tonight due to service levels, so will need to do a hefty batch tomorrow. JH Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Union, Empire and Southern will all arrive tomorrow. -DL US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH Mainte...

Monday 05.13 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Smooth service all around tonight. Jenna & Tevon finished the night strong. Frozen machines were cleaned. I re-organized the liquor room, all the trivia materials are there in a "Trivia/Karaoke" bin. AB FOH Staff Observations: Katie seems to have mastered Nitehawk service. AB Special Events? Ginger Guava Syrup lives in a squeeze bottle in the walk-in for Singani Trivia tomorrow. AB Prep List: Will eventually need more Pomegranate Rosemary Syrup. A batch was started for Dirty Shame, but we didn't have the Antico Vermouth. It's labeled in the walk-in. AB Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Baldor & Stumptown arriving tomorrow. JH

Sunday 05.12 Mothers Day! Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication: Pretty busy first two rounds on both floors. First Wives Club was a hit, plenty of prosecco was poured. Lobby bar had their hands full with a sold out The Fall Guy  in 3, and the Mama Mia! private screening in 7. Challengers is obviously still crushing, and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes continues to break 100 right before doors. Maya & Natasha opening both bars meant we never fell behind. Kelsey & Tevon jumped right into service so we could reset fluidly. AB We ended up very behind on product. Natasha had to stock every cocktail this morning (store N pours were put away empty, etc.) so the walk-in was completely depleted at doors. Miguel picked up Gabrielle's shift last night, who doesn't usually close anymore, so that might have been part of it.  I've noticed a lot of both opening & closing duties slipping through the cracks recently - I spend way too much time running to get an item for bartenders to sell. I acknowledge we have a lar...

Saturday 05.11 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication:  Slow morning, probably due to how absolutely gorgeous it is outside.  Once the first round movies began to get out, Trees developed a nice little bar crowd, which continued through the rest of the afternoon. JH Trees kept a crowd for majority of the evening while we showed the games. Just a note that we're going through a lot more limes and lemons lately. During the later rounds Lydia had to break off to cut more fruit. -DL  Customer Comments: There were several people coming in with outside food tonight in Trees. No one gave an issue when I told them to put it away just a note for the bartenders to pay attention and to notify someone if needed. -DL BAR Staff Observations:  Gabrielle slid into brunch service down at lobby without issue, and Natasha and Matthew rocked Trees service for the first part of the day.  Natasha took first cut after Maya got in and Trees was reset, and Gabrielle held down lobby solo until Jeshua got in. JH Maya, ...

Friday 05.10 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: What a wild ride. Challengers is still challenging our glassware capacity. I eventually broke out some pints, so let's try to get through the weekend with what we have now. Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes actually jumped up more when it came time, so I'm assuming that will be walk-in central tomorrow. Ian & Tevon took turns prepping product. AB While doing a walkthrough of Lobby Bar, the TH7 tablet was left there. It was completely shattered. Maria was closing the station tonight and not only neglected to turn in her tablet, neglected to mention its current state. AB Customer Comments: The FOH blog has more info regarding what transpired, but a couple started their experience at Nitehawk in Trees Lounge ordering "Top Shelf Long Islands". Ian explained our base spirits are already not sub-par, marketed @ $18, but was willing to make them whatever they'd like. They tried both ways, top-shelf & not, and still somehow took his advice ...

Thursday 05.09 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: Trees had a good crowd hanging out for majority of the night. A lot of people showed up early for Born Innocent and came back after as well.  Some of the chargers for the walkies are not charging. One is from lobby bar and the other is already living in the office. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Natasha encountered a lot of young looking guest this evening and was diligent with checking each ID carefully. A true lead at work. -DL    Special Events? Born Innocent: The Redd Kross Story in TH1 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Baldor & US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH Other Half and Finback will arrive tomorrow. -DL Maintenance: The bubbler in Trees stopped working towards the end of the night, around the time Ian was clocking out. It was bubbling but the lemonade and sweet tea were noticeably warm. I tried to call the issue in to their support line but it was after their hours.  -DL

Wednesday 05.08 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication:  We had plenty of fun over here this evening! Challengers  dinner round still selling out, &  Lady Snowblood numbers jumped. Both openers made sure bubblers got cleaned, Matthew batched a bunch while Gabrielle came to Trees to help Jeshua with the rush. Kelsey held down Lobby. Solid team tonight! AB BAR Staff Observations: Kelsey stepping up to the plate! Best close I've seen from her thus far. AB FOH Staff Observations: Misha seems to be adapting very well! He contributed 100% to the flow of Nitehawk service tonight. AB Special Events? Karaoke is back! Bodega Cats stopped by right as it started, and the vibes were kismet. They mentioned they'll definitely be looking forward to the next. This is the first time karaoke didn't have that awkward lull, folks added songs to the cue constantly. Overall, a wonderful addition to the night.  86ed / counts on items:  Getting low on high life, all currently behind both bars. If we don't receive ...

Tuesday 05.07 Jenn

Manager Communication:  Mellow day, with the exception of the second round Challengers screening that does not appear to be slowing down in ticket sales.  Hiring/Training:  Erech brought Kun up to the Trees service pass around 6:30pm and I was able to give him a pretty thorough overview of running food at Trees, Trivia service, and the set up of the glasswashing station.  Overall, Kun has been pretty active and attentive during his training shifts, at least from the glimpses I got this weekend, and he seemed to take in all the information.  Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Spoke to the Pool League today and let them know that we are currently unable to be their host bar, but said that I would get in touch with them for one-off events once we got the table refurbished.  They were understanding, and seemed keen to check out the table once it has been re-leveled.

Monday 05.06 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Smooth sailin' Monday at NPP. Challengers  is still keeping us afloat, The Fall Guy  took a dip after a busy first weekend. Jenna & Lydia helped with the TH2 push & VOLO rush - both were cut before 8:30. VOLO crowd went through 2 cases of Red Stripe, we're finally almost through those bottles! Jeshua & Tevon held their own on each floor, frozen machines were cleaned. AB Can we order more dill & caperberries so we stay afloat on Dirty Shame ? AB Also, we're very low on foamicide - currently splitting between both bars if we can get an order in tomorrow AM! AB Special Events? Karaoke starts back up this Wednesday! Menus are good to go, I also made some laminated QR Codes to hop on Susan's song que. AB Pay Outs: 5200 - $13 - Sandwich buns AB Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Ordered luster dust for the I Saw the TV Glow drink special on Amazon, which should arrive Wednesday/Thursday. JH  Ordered more tennis skewers for Challengers ...

Sunday 05.05 Jenn

Manager Communication:  Busier than yesterday!  The Fall Guy sold really well today, and Challengers continues to dominate in any theater it is placed in.  Trees had a pretty steady crowd, which ebbed and flowed during the day, but was mostly Challengers viewers getting a pre- and post-screening drink.  BAR Staff Observations:  Ran really tightly with a great team today.  Everyone showed up ready to work, and I was able to move bartenders for service/batching as needed throughout the day without issue.  I know we've been saying this a lot recently, but our bar team is currently really solid and motivated, which makes these busier services a lot less hectic than they could be.   Let's keep an eye on sales trends the next couple Sundays, and assess if we need to up our Sunday staffing to reflect Saturday.  At the moment, I do not think it is necessary, but something to get an eye on now as we head into warmer weather and holiday weekend...

Saturday 05.04 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Another wild one in Prospect Park. The Fall Guy, Challengers, & Civil War were all practically sold out. Glassware was still an issue tonight, but we hustled and tried to stay in good spirits. AB Bad news, someone accidentally poured Peach Tea in the Lemonade side in Trees. Good news, it was a perfect 50/50 ratio: so I made the VOLO menus for Monday with a John Daly special @ $10. I figured this was the most practical since we don't make an Arnold Palmer every day, and keeping that product behind the bar would be risking another mix-up. They're printed and by Trivia stuff. AB    We're out of Luxardo Antico (Dirty Shame). We have enough batch to finish the weekend strong. AB Edgar is using our Jagermeister for FilmFeast. I pulled them off the shelf and moved them under our open bottles in the liquor room. AB BAR Staff Observations: Maya being the silent hero tonight! First floor was also super busy,  but she held it down so we could use all the h...

Friday 05.03 Ashley

Manager Communication:  It was a wild one. Tevon got us back up on juices in Lobby while Ian helped Chenelle with the children's party in Mezz. The party was overall a success, a loud success. By the time both closers got in, we were already slammed. TH1, TH2, and TH4 were completely sold out at the same time, which made keeping up with glassware tough. I will say servers put the work in tonight, pre-bussing as much as they could. Tevon took the lead on all things prepping & batching. The last round downstairs was actually very sold, and Jeshua crushed it on his own.  PPWSL stopped in around 8. It was closer to 30-35 people. It felt a bit chaotic, but they ordered a ton of food & drink which we love. To clarify a little, The Ducks are the team that stopped by tonight. They're a larger team than Bodega Cats, and were appreciative of the space we had to offer them. They also ordered a plethora of the specials we put together, and had a wonderful time. I reiterated as lon...

Thursday 05.02 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication:  This Thursday felt very busy at Trees! Challengers is still selling out, but The Fall Guy didn't jump too much. The STB crowd filled Trees before theater doors opened. Once closers got in, Jeshua spent the rest of his shift in Trees since we were down Natasha. Ian batched us all up going into the weekend, the Dirtied My Shirley  for The Fall Guy is ready to go. Matthew was invincible tonight. Gabrielle had no problems in Lobby, she held it down solo all evening. AB Ian was making a Suspiria  cocktail and called me over when it didn't look correct. We realized Darius had batched it with the cherry bitters & red dye as well. I'm not even sure how he did that, since the cherry bitters & red dye is a ratio - not ounces. I rang them in as spillage and batched a new cheater. AB After the kids party in Mezz tomorrow, PPWSL will roll in with about 25 people at 8:00PM. Menus are made and next to the Trivia QR codes. AB BAR Staff Observations: Our sq...

Wednesday 05.01 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Very fun Wednesday over here! Challengers is still holding it down. Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights  had very adorable guests dancing to the DJ set in Trees. Darius & Matthew took turns batching. Jeshua swung upstairs after closing Lobby to help out Kelsey. Right lowboy is empty for Juan to work on in the morning. All product is on the cart in the walk-in, next to the cart, or in the neighbor lowboy in Trees. AB We skipped the bubblers in Trees since they were cleaned yesterday. AB Do we have cocktail umbrellas coming in or do they need to be ordered? AB   BAR Staff Observations: Kelsey really kept up with running pre-close duties, and she really has started to pay close attention to cleanliness of the bartop/tables. AB FOH Staff Observations: I just absolutely adore the positive & attentive energy that Quetzie brings to the shift! AB Special Events? Just reiterating here: Susan Kent is confirmed for May Karaoke! AB Prep List: Back up on Blood...
