Wednesday 05.15 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication:
Calm start of the day with a good amount of walk in most likely due to the rain. -DL

Stayed relatively calm, with Trees filling up before Challengers & Flintstones showings. Gabrielle knocked out a lot of cleaning in Lobby & was able to dip once Darius finished batching us up. Kelsey stuck around to help the start of the Flintstones push. Tapered off from there. AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Jeshua was multi-tasking like a legend. No matter how busy the pass gets, he greets every guest that walks up to the bar as a priority. Cuidado, careful, around this mans work ethic! AB

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
If this is already a policy clearly stated somewhere I apologize: I've had multiple instances recently with staff requesting & receiving passes for movies when they start before their out times. It's a conversation that doesn't get resistance if I explain I need them to stay instead - but those chosen seats could have gone to a non-employee guest. While unintentional, it almost strong-arms management to try to maneuver staff accordingly to accommodate & keep the peace. It seems to be getting out of hand. AB 

Prep List:
Darius was able to batch and get ahead after a busy Tuesday night. We should look into syrups tomorrow but let's monitor the no batch list as we prepare for the next menu change. -DL

Everything for the Kill Bill cocktail is behind the bar for the photo tomorrow. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Other Half arrived. AB

Maintenance:
Called the bubbler in this evening. Due to the age of the machine they forwarded me to a tech in the order who will me back tomorrow to set up a time. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
