Manager Communication:
An extremely quiet Thursday in the building to be expected after a holiday weekend. Trees stayed pretty quiet until the later round, where we had a good crowd come in to watch the game. -DL

BAR Staff Observations: 
Both Lydia and Kelsey did a good job opening up both bars and navigating a pretty mellow first round.  Communicated about product needs and both got ahead of weekly cleaning tasks.

Kelsey did speak to me a little bit about the 'availability' email she received from Paul, and I just reiterated our general policy of expecting staff to have weekend availability and that the conversation would take place during her review.  She seemed a bit surprised at being expected to work more than her preferred three days, and I heard from other staff that she was very put out by the weekend availability question. JH

After the crowd started to die down, Matthew was able to get cut early and leave Natasha to do a chill close solo. Darius had no issues in Lobby all day even with riding solo for the bulk of it. -DL

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Ashley emailed to let us know that she was feeling poorly after the Inside Out 2 screening this morning.  Her next scheduled shift is tomorrow, and she will touch base with me in the morning if she needs to call out.  Ariel is scheduled to close, so if Ashley does need the day service will be fine without much maneuvering. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor & US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH

SKI arrived this evening. Finback will arrive tomorrow. -DL

Maintenance: 
The self-service water tap at Lobby Bar was running this morning when I was doing my walkthrough, and I could not get it to turn off.  Paul had Juan take a look at it, and he was able to stop the flow and get it back into working order.  Just something to keep an eye on for the next few days. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
