Manager Communication: What a wild ride. Challengers is still challenging our glassware capacity. I eventually broke out some pints, so let's try to get through the weekend with what we have now. Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes actually jumped up more when it came time, so I'm assuming that will be walk-in central tomorrow. Ian & Tevon took turns prepping product. AB

While doing a walkthrough of Lobby Bar, the TH7 tablet was left there. It was completely shattered. Maria was closing the station tonight and not only neglected to turn in her tablet, neglected to mention its current state. AB

Customer Comments:
The FOH blog has more info regarding what transpired, but a couple started their experience at Nitehawk in Trees Lounge ordering "Top Shelf Long Islands". Ian explained our base spirits are already not sub-par, marketed @ $18, but was willing to make them whatever they'd like. They tried both ways, top-shelf & not, and still somehow took his advice as racist, which they reiterated in the theater. Eventually they were asked to leave after disrupting their theater multiple times, which did not go well. Bartenders suggested and I full-heartedly agree, perhaps we no longer serve Long Island Iced Teas. These guests are 9 times out of 10 an issue, and a simple conversation bartenders can squash at the bar. AB

Special Events? 
Playoffs on the projector at Trees Lounge. JH

Prep List:
We honestly batched a little bit of everything, I would just keep an eye on misc. syrups tomorrow AM. AB

Over/Short on Banks: 
Lobby bank was short $5 this morning.  Wyatt was able to replenish it from the cash drawer when he came in. J

Lost & Found?: 
Wallet found, Allissa Lacey-Ann Wisdom. Daniella emailed. In safe. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow (some summer menu r&d stuff, mostly).  Stumptown arriving Tuesday. JH

Maintenance:
The door knob in TH2 coming in from the service side is almost completely off, added to maintenance doc. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
