Saturday 05.04 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication:
Another wild one in Prospect Park. The Fall Guy, Challengers, & Civil War were all practically sold out. Glassware was still an issue tonight, but we hustled and tried to stay in good spirits. AB

Bad news, someone accidentally poured Peach Tea in the Lemonade side in Trees. Good news, it was a perfect 50/50 ratio: so I made the VOLO menus for Monday with a John Daly special @ $10. I figured this was the most practical since we don't make an Arnold Palmer every day, and keeping that product behind the bar would be risking another mix-up. They're printed and by Trivia stuff. AB   

We're out of Luxardo Antico (Dirty Shame). We have enough batch to finish the weekend strong. AB

Edgar is using our Jagermeister for FilmFeast. I pulled them off the shelf and moved them under our open bottles in the liquor room. AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Maya being the silent hero tonight! First floor was also super busy,  but she held it down so we could use all the hands we needed upstairs. AB

FOH Staff Observations:
Brendan & Richard were so fast and helpful with drink trays! AB

Prep List: 
We were pretty well stocked from last night. Natasha made Negroni & PYR kegs, and another batch of Arbol Tequila. JH

Ian batched us up on plenty more later in the evening. Tomorrow, we can work some more Peach Tea Concentrate & Simple Syrup. AB

Over/Short on Banks:
Jenn counted the Trees bank mid-shift, and money was all there! AB

Maintenance:
Bubbler was running smooth in Trees, but was back to heating up by the end of the night :( Do we have a Crathco contact for repairs? I'm not seeing anything on the drive. AB

Mobilebytes Issues: 
Carly pointed out to me that we no longer have a Moscow Mule button on MB.  Can we please include a reminder in this week's service email about how to ring in Moscow Mules, just as a refresher? JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
