Manager Communication: 
Easygoing Saturday morning, with plenty of theaters popping up in sales as the day progressed.  IF definitely has a lot of day-of/walk-in ticket sales, just as a note for staffing and cuts tomorrow. JH

Another busy night in the building this evening. Water cups were low at Trees for most of the mid day rounds. A lot of small sodas and etc. going out during IF so bartenders should be mindful to keep more behind the bar than usual for service. -DL

Customer Comments:
There was a guest that require assistant in TH1. Dani wrote more about it in the FOH blog. -DL   

BAR Staff Observations:
Miguel and Ian switched shifts today and they both did a great job like usual. However you could see they were both exhausted towards the end of their shifts. 

Special Events? 
The wedding event went well, both bars were prepped ahead of time. Chenelle had printed out menus for both theater and bar service, so bartenders were able to stay on top of which drinks were and were not available for guests.  The crowd naturally began to dwindle by 2:30pm, and wrapped up shortly after three without issue. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Note for bar managers this week: have bartenders taste test their Dirty Shame and Dirtied My Shirley service batches before service!  We are still having issues with confused labeling. JH

The soda closet was a bit of a mess today, with a couple of empty boxes and a bunch of caps and tabs on the floor.  I gave it a quick sweep and will include a note in this week's email about keeping that space organized. JH

Miller High Life is low. We should be good until the shipment arrives on Tuesday. -DL

Prep List: 
Ian was able to get us caught up on a bunch of kegs and batches once Miguel got in.  We should probably look into working on some syrups or infusions later today to prepare for service tomorrow. JH

Maintenance:
Around midnight Dwight called and noticed a strong leak in the lobby. After I went to check it out, we noticed there was a long crack in the ceiling near the women's restroom. The leak occurred when the bartenders were burning ice in Trees at the service well so it was probably connected to that in some way. Added it to the maintenance doc but should check again in the morning to make sure it's clear. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
