Manager Communication:
Very fun Wednesday over here! Challengers is still holding it down. Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights had very adorable guests dancing to the DJ set in Trees. Darius & Matthew took turns batching. Jeshua swung upstairs after closing Lobby to help out Kelsey. Right lowboy is empty for Juan to work on in the morning. All product is on the cart in the walk-in, next to the cart, or in the neighbor lowboy in Trees. AB

We skipped the bubblers in Trees since they were cleaned yesterday. AB

Do we have cocktail umbrellas coming in or do they need to be ordered? AB  

BAR Staff Observations:
Kelsey really kept up with running pre-close duties, and she really has started to pay close attention to cleanliness of the bartop/tables. AB

FOH Staff Observations:
I just absolutely adore the positive & attentive energy that Quetzie brings to the shift! AB

Special Events?
Just reiterating here: Susan Kent is confirmed for May Karaoke! AB

Prep List:
Back up on Bloody Concentrate & Popcorn Syrup, the syrup just needs to be strained tomorrow! AB

Baldor arriving tomorrow.  US Foods arriving Friday.  All bar deliveries have been received, except for Sarene & Ruby. JH

Maintenance: 
Juan will be pulling out the lowboy under the bubbler at Trees tomorrow to give it a check, as it is continuing to pool water inside.  Ashley and Kelsey both know to empty the lowboy before closing tonight, and Dana will help Trees opener refill it tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
