Manager Communication:
Busy start, which tapered off swiftly. Once Maya got in, Natasha got started on some much needed prep. AB

The lowboy in Trees that has already been causing us issues was left wide open overnight. Mayra said there were pools of water on the floor and Matthew confirmed it was pooling water inside again as well. Everything was warm to touch and Al's N/A is still getting overstocked - blocking the fan. I removed them and cranked the cool up a bit if we can turn it back down at some point so it doesn't freeze over. AB

Natasha cleaned the filter on the FWWM frozen machine in Trees, and it's not running as hot anymore. AB

First floor stayed steady for majority of the evening so we kept Maya downstairs to support Jenna with a lot of filmbot walkins. Darius and Jeshua crushed all the rounds upstairs with Trees staying pretty calm for most of the evening. -DL

The leak in the ceiling downstairs paid us another visit tonight when Jeshua was burning the ice in Trees towards the end of the night. After clearing the drain of any blockage it was fine but definitely something to look deeper into. -DL

Customer Comments:
A lot of guests walking through the wrong doors and generally getting lost in the building this weekend. There was a noticeable amount of people exiting Th1 and 2 through the employee side looking for the restrooms. -DL

Special Events?
Volo should be stopping by tomorrow, menus are printed and ready to go in the trivia bin (liquor room). AB

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Just a reminder for servers to upsell bottles of wine when possible. There's been a lot of tickets with multiple glasses of the same wine on them. If a group of guests is ordering 3 or more glasses of the same wine, they should just recommend a bottle to make it easier for service and possibly bring the ticket amount up. -DL

Still no Nu-Foamicide. Delivery from Amazon was apparently attempted on Friday @ 2:30PM but they couldn't follow the clearly stated instructions. They'll re-attempt tomorrow, if we can keep an eye so they don't give up on us again. Tracking ID: TBA313229054656

Will definitely need to jump on Bloody Concentrate this week, as well as Tomatillo Syrup. We were able to knock out 1/2 batch of Dirty Shame, but need more caperberries for the vodka infusion. AB

I didn't have an invoice for reference when putting away yesterday's delivery in the kitchen walk-in. Can we can make sure nothing is missing: orange juice case (56 oz), orange juice case (32 oz), tangerine juice case, passionfruit case +1, prickly pear case, cherries, oranges, limes. AB

Maintenance:
Dio will be in Tuesday to fix the lowboy in the trees. 

Filmbot Issues:
Still some ongoing connection issues with the credit card reader throughout the morning. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
