Thursday 05.02 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: 
This Thursday felt very busy at Trees! Challengers is still selling out, but The Fall Guy didn't jump too much. The STB crowd filled Trees before theater doors opened. Once closers got in, Jeshua spent the rest of his shift in Trees since we were down Natasha. Ian batched us all up going into the weekend, the Dirtied My Shirley for The Fall Guy is ready to go. Matthew was invincible tonight. Gabrielle had no problems in Lobby, she held it down solo all evening. AB

Ian was making a Suspiria cocktail and called me over when it didn't look correct. We realized Darius had batched it with the cherry bitters & red dye as well. I'm not even sure how he did that, since the cherry bitters & red dye is a ratio - not ounces. I rang them in as spillage and batched a new cheater. AB

After the kids party in Mezz tomorrow, PPWSL will roll in with about 25 people at 8:00PM. Menus are made and next to the Trivia QR codes. AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Our squad kicked A$$ tonight. Jeshua is always looking out for the team, and I really appreciate how much he helped. AB

FOH Staff Observations:
Bryn doesn't even seem like a trainee at all anymore, extraordinary job tonight! AB

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Natasha messaged me early in the afternoon she had a migraine and felt under the weather. We decided to cut her close since numbers weren't too crazy. AB   

Over/Short on Banks:
Ian accidentally put in a $16.00 payout that wasn't necessary, so the drawer was over $16. AB

Pay Outs:
5200 - $4.00
5200 - $16.00 (void)

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Baldor was delivered today. -DL

Maintenance:
Juan says he solved the issue with the lowboy in Trees. Seems to be fine for now but should continue to monitor it before telling Dio he's not needed to come in. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
