Manager Communication:
It was a wild one. Tevon got us back up on juices in Lobby while Ian helped Chenelle with the children's party in Mezz. The party was overall a success, a loud success. By the time both closers got in, we were already slammed. TH1, TH2, and TH4 were completely sold out at the same time, which made keeping up with glassware tough. I will say servers put the work in tonight, pre-bussing as much as they could. Tevon took the lead on all things prepping & batching. The last round downstairs was actually very sold, and Jeshua crushed it on his own.

PPWSL stopped in around 8. It was closer to 30-35 people. It felt a bit chaotic, but they ordered a ton of food & drink which we love. To clarify a little, The Ducks are the team that stopped by tonight. They're a larger team than Bodega Cats, and were appreciative of the space we had to offer them. They also ordered a plethora of the specials we put together, and had a wonderful time. I reiterated as long as we have some notice we will gladly accommodate them in the future. Nikki will be the contact for that team - nikkykayla@gmail.com

So, the Dirtied My Shirley was a total hit. Unfortunately I realized while traying up it is almost identical to the N/A Spritzer. I communicated with MOD's & lead servers we will be marking the Dirtied My Shirley with a stirrer for now. Is this something we want to adjust or simply use caution?

BAR Staff Observations:
Literally a team from heaven, but I'm honing my praise in on the openers. Ian & Tevon absolutely hustled through the chaos and offered to stay as long as needed.

FOH Staff Observations:
Jose has completely gotten back to his old self that we know & love. Every moment I turned around he was helping someone with something. Stan, the runner, was also a blessing to Trees tonight. At some point there was so much food ordered that the bartenders ran out of table numbers, and he was incredibly patient and willing to figure it out with us along the way.

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Jenn let us know this morning she wasn't feeling well, but will be ready to go tomorrow AM.

Prep List:
N/A Spritzer, Old Fashioned, & Negroni kicked toward the end of the night.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Baldor arriving tomorrow.

Maintenance:
Dio came and helped with the lowboys @ both bars this morning. In regard to the right lowboy in Trees, the setting is too high and freezing over the motor, causing all that condensation. It should be set to 7. However, the beers started to get warm so we brought it up to 8. Let's keep an eye on it this week, and put it down to 7 Sunday night?

When I got in, the bubbler in Trees was running so hot that the lowboy surface was scolding. I made the call to empty them out & we used Store'N'Pours for tonight. I took it apart, cleaned all the guck, and blew out the back which was absolutely gnarly. It's put back together in Trees & we can try it out tomorrow AM. Edgar mentioned the leads do this bubbler servicing once a month in WB, but they have prep shifts. Should we at least add this to our quarterly cleaning tasks?
