Manager Communication:
With specials launching a day early, tonight was excellent preparation for tomorrow. Furiosa is about 2.5 hours, and we definitely started to feel the glassware shortage again. We have broken out a few cases these last two weeks, and this definitely felt more like a pre-bussing issue. I'll keep an eye tomorrow night, and see if we should add more pints into rotation for Memorial Day weekend. AB

Jovani asked for a quality check on the Peach Tea after a guest sent it back. The tea is fine, but someone put solely Yuzu Concentrate in the Citrus Mix bottle. I brought the Yuzu Concentrate back to the lowboy in a quart container. There weren't initials on the batch, not sure who to follow up with. AB

We moved citrus mix into clear bottles at both bars, and Community Vodka is in the lowboy chilled for Death Chill orders. AB

Can we get log-ins updated on the Vendor/Account Log-ins doc? Specifically Skurnik & Baldor. Just trying to finish some Cocktail Cost & Pricing for summer menu. AB

BAR Staff Observations:
The whole team came in ready to crush it. After the first Furiosa push, Ian & Tevon took the mega-batch list on together. Cut them at the same time. Jeshua was wonderful holding down Lobby Bar and coming upstairs after close to help Trees. Natasha wasn't feeling too well, but she was masked up and didn't want the cut. Will check on her in the morning. And Matthew, Matthew is a bartending machine that run on smiles & sunshine. AB

FOH Staff Observations:
Alex was plenty helpful at the pass tonight, assisting with glassware and supporting other theaters while waiting on his own drinks. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor and US Foods arriving tomorrow.  No deliveries this Monday because of the holiday, so trying to keep ahead of weekend demand. JH

Baldor misdelivered a six-pack of Morello Cherry puree instead of Passionfruit puree this morning.  I called Baldor, and they will pick up the cherry puree in the morning.  I left it in the Kitchen deep freeze, and there is a sign on the walk in door so Baldor knows where to find it tomorrow.  Chef Stewart said he will let opening team know about the pick up. JH

Filmbot Issues: 
The card reader at Filmbot had some momentary connectivity issues around 3:00pm, but they cleared up on their own and there were no further instances. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
