Manager Communication:
Very calm morning - giving us plenty of time to prep for a busy evening. Once both mids were in and we finished some prep, Miguel was able to get cut. 

Can we get log-ins updated on the Vendor/Account Log-ins doc? Specifically Skurnik & Baldor. Just trying to finish some Cocktail Cost & Pricing for summer menu. AB

Trees had a huge crowd during the later rounds. Darius and Jeshua were able to tend to the guest ordering cocktails as I did service side. Jenna needed a bit of support in the lobby with all 3 of the theaters on first floor going off around the same time while a lot of people walked in to buy tickets. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
Had to give Jeshua a conversation about slowing down while in service. We had 2 incidents tonight within 1 hour where he broke a glass in 2 different wells during the big rush of the day. Causing us to burn the ice and noticeably slowed service down. Not sure if this is something that should be marked in his file. If so I can add the notes to it.  -DL 

FOH Staff Observations:
Allison and Barnaby were great on the first floor tonight. Both looked to be giving a lot of support and ontop of their theaters. -DL

Prep List:
NA Sprtiz and Negroni kegs kicked towards the end of the night. Should look into making each tomorrow. 

Over/Short on Banks:
Lobby bar was $10 short. Jenna possibly gave out the wrong change when breaking bigger bills. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
I made an amazon order for Coffee Stirrers and Skewers. Should arrive on Tuesday but we're low in the building. -DL

Maintenance:
The Ecto Chiller in Trees was giving issues for majority of the day. Seems to overfreeze to the point we couldn't pour it all night. Should look into moving it back to the other frozen machine after they get cleaned this week. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
