Manager Communication:
Slow morning, probably due to how absolutely gorgeous it is outside. Once the first round movies began to get out, Trees developed a nice little bar crowd, which continued through the rest of the afternoon. JH
Trees kept a crowd for majority of the evening while we showed the games. Just a note that we're going through a lot more limes and lemons lately. During the later rounds Lydia had to break off to cut more fruit. -DL
Customer Comments:
There were several people coming in with outside food tonight in Trees. No one gave an issue when I told them to put it away just a note for the bartenders to pay attention and to notify someone if needed. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
Gabrielle slid into brunch service down at lobby without issue, and Natasha and Matthew rocked Trees service for the first part of the day. Natasha took first cut after Maya got in and Trees was reset, and Gabrielle held down lobby solo until Jeshua got in. JH
Maya, Miguel, Matthew and Lydia all did great handling the random waves of guests and restocking when the came. Jeshua held lobby down like a pro, only needing help for glassware as pints were still low on the first floor. -DL

FOH Staff Observations:
Aidan let me know that he had forgotten to clock in when he arrived this morning. I adjusted his in-time on MB and let Jeremy know. JH
Opening servers really handled service phenomenally, particularly with the first floor not having any assigned servers until noon, as Makenna called out sick. Vinny and Michael were both so flexible about supporting and splitting responsibilities, and Justine really made a concentrated effort to own their theater once it opened and service went great. JH
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Just a reminder, as we head into warmer days, and less than sold out Th1/2 opening rounds, that opening brunch bartenders at lobby do not need to make as much coffee as they have been during colder months. Gabrielle was on top of that this morning without me needing to prompt her, but just a note to carry though to other openers over the week. JH
86ed / counts on items:
Ebbs isn't on a count but we should keep an eye on it tomorrow. The keg feels low and we have no backup. -DL
Over/Short on Banks:
Lobby bank was $2 over when I counted it this morning. There were $2 in quarters, that may have been missed last night. I gave the overage to Nathaniel and he put it back in the cash box. JH
Maintenance:
Maintenance:
Started the day with no hot water due to boiler issues. A technician was able to come out and check it out around two, and got it working for a moment, but said that there was an issue that could not be fixed. Wyatt was his point of contact, and there should be more information in the FOH Blog. JH
