Chill night. Not really much to say here. AB2

BAR Staff Observations: 
Everyone was great today. Tevon batched us up real nice and we should be good through the start of the weekend. Gabrielle was great by herself in the lobby. Natasha and Matthew thugged it out in Trees and everything was smooth as ever. Pleasure working with the crew! AB2

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Ashley was out sick today.  Gil walked me through how to delete her shift and then add her to the Sick section on 7Shifts. JH 

Dana will be out tomorrow, but luckily sales look pretty mellow.  I spoke with Paul and will be coming in for a mid bar manager shift at 2:00pm.  I will communicate with opening managers and bartenders. JH

Special Events? 
PSP brought another good-sized crowd to Trees to start the day.  Fairly lowkey, as usual, with some babies trying out tots for the first time, which is always a treat. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Chenelle got some cards printed with general event info for both locations, as well as a QR code for guests to scan to see our pricing options.  A little stack of each should leave at both bar going forward (by Filmbot in Lobby and by the far beer tower at Trees), so let's make sure we are touching base with opening bartenders about putting them out.  I will also include a note in the next bar update email.  This is just the first, small, test batch, so just let Chenelle know when we are running low and she will place a new, larger order and bring them in. JH

Prep List:
We only did 1 batch of the Peach Tea Concentrate because we did not have enough puree for 2. AB2

Lost & Found?:
Someone left a backpack in trees and I put it down in L&F at lobby bar. AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Pandan should be arriving from Amazon tomorrow. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
