Manager Communication:
Busier than yesterday! The Fall Guy sold really well today, and Challengers continues to dominate in any theater it is placed in. Trees had a pretty steady crowd, which ebbed and flowed during the day, but was mostly Challengers viewers getting a pre- and post-screening drink.
BAR Staff Observations:
BAR Staff Observations:
Ran really tightly with a great team today. Everyone showed up ready to work, and I was able to move bartenders for service/batching as needed throughout the day without issue. I know we've been saying this a lot recently, but our bar team is currently really solid and motivated, which makes these busier services a lot less hectic than they could be.
Let's keep an eye on sales trends the next couple Sundays, and assess if we need to up our Sunday staffing to reflect Saturday. At the moment, I do not think it is necessary, but something to get an eye on now as we head into warmer weather and holiday weekend openings.

FOH Staff Observations:
I spent a lot of time at the Trees service pass today, and had some notes. Overall, a really positive performance throughout what was a very busy day of service.
- Shae continues to be great about assisting and communicating with other theaters. At this point, she is just as capable as any of our Lead Servers, and I highly rec her for the position.
- Vinny was a superstar all day, as well as Rebecca.
- Caleb was pretty quiet, but did great his first two rounds solo in Th6. Drinks never lingered and there were no misrings.
- The last two rounds in Th2 (Challengers, 4:30pm & 7:35pm) got a little backed up during the initial pushes, but they were able to get themselves out of it within fifteen minutes of the movie starting. I think it was a combination of servers grabbing family meal while mid-rush, as well as having some newer folks navigating back-to-back sold out rounds of a movie with a crowd that likes to drink.
Dana text me a little before 11:00am to let me know that he was feeling poorly, and was at an urgent care clinic. I let him know that I was good to work his closing shift, and to let me know how he got on with the doctor. We spoke a little later in the day, and Dana said that he was still feeling very unwell and would not be able to make it in tomorrow. I will be covering Dana's open shift tomorrow, and have emailed Nick/Paul/Jess about the rest of the week.
Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Baldor arriving tomorrow. US Foods arriving on Tuesday.

Maintenance:
The light in the ramp hallway by Bar Prep was flickering and then went comepletely out a little after 9:30pm. It came back about 45 minutes later, after Carly toggled the light switch a few times. Added to Maintenance, just in case the bulb is loose.
