Manager Communication:

Calm first round as we prepped for the double feature in TH1. Gab opened lobby and immediately cleaned the bubbler after juicing. Kelsey was able to reset Trees around Dio checking the lowboy with no issue. -DL

Happy First Double Feature! I have plenty of feedback.

• There are no words that express how hard everyone worked. While Darius batched, Gabrielle & Kelsey took on the initial Kill Bill push. The first movie was only moderately busy, and the tickets could not keep up with these girls!
• Heading into intermission, it was Darius solo at this point. We were anticipating a hefty bar crowd but most guests stayed put in the theater. 
• Right off the bat for the second half, the tickets would not stop. I hopped in an expo'ed/bartended from the inside, while Nathaniel helped tray drinks and Daniella gathered glassware. Guests were definitely pacing themselves during the first half, and planning their orders, writing long flags during intermission - ready to rage. 
• Next double feature, I strongly suggest two closers in Trees Lounge - no matter how low other theater numbers might be. Thankfully, Jeshua was flexible and we pushed routing. He swung upstairs and helped stock and clean. AB

On his way out, Jeshua mentioned the Lobby Bar keys weren't there for his shift. I can help contact bartenders in the morning to hunt them down. He also told me he had no menus, can we get together two menus for Lobby in the morning? The new specials print-outs are down there, thanks! AB

Around 10:30PM I was in Lobby communicating the rest of the night with Jeshua, when a guest from Trees Lounge came down to tell us a woman was at the top of the stairs throwing up. The doors that lead from the stairwell into Trees was closed to compensate for Karaoke volume, and she had thrown up all over the floor/that door. Vlad came right away and I went into the restroom to try to assist the guest.

It turned out being Jose's friend that was attending the double feature with him, (Seats 1523/1524) and met me by the restroom to assist anyway possible. I gave her some water, she was clearly inebriated and hostile. I want to reiterate that Jose was very sober. He got her purse and helped her into an Uber. Darius only poured her a prosecco at the bar, and there were only two drinks on their theater tab. AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Spoke to Gabrielle about the close on Saturday. She understood the severity of leaving the lowboy open and to make sure to set the opener for success but she did hint for a lot of the blame to fall on Lydia. Regardless of that I explained we have to make sure we tighten things up moving forwards. -DL

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Tevon called out sick this morning after not feeling most of the night into the morning. Jeshua was able to pick up the shift but had to come in a little later than Tevon's schedule time. Tevon shift moved to the sick section on Schedulefly. -DL

Special Events?

Double Feature & Karaoke?!? 

Karaoke was smooth, and was bumping the whole time. Great Trees Lounge crowd rooting each other on all night. AB

Might need to get Miller High Life on a count tomorrow if we don't get our delivery early on. AB

Prep List:
The Darkest of Angels is batched and ready, she looks creepy and delicious. We just need to get the bitters in atomizers in the morning, we have fresh atomizers in the clear bins. AB

Maintenance:
Bubbler- A tech called me today explaining they won't make it out until next week to check the bubbler in Trees and had me do another test on to find a short term solution. They recommended making sure we keep a good gap between both the machines in that corner so they don't have to work as hard to stay cold. After spacing them and trying with water the bubbler's refrigeration seems to be back. Tech will still come out. DL

Dio came in and checked the low boy today yet there was no water pooling up in it tis morning. The tray was full however due to something blocking the tube. The temp in the low was turned up to 8 when I came in so let's watch that and keep it at 4/5 to avoid the issue from coming back to plague us. DL
