Tuesday 04.30 Dana/Jenn

Manager Communication: Quiet start to the day in the building. Tevon was able to swing back to batch soon as the closers got in to get ahead before the busy TH1 and TH2. Jeshua knocked out some deep cleaning in lobby bar during his down time. He was able to swing upstairs to support Maya when Ian got in. -DL  Dinner round was bustling, especially in Th1/2 with back-to-back Challengers seatings.  Dogville also brought out a decent crowd, so Tevon hung around until a little after ten to help Maya keep up with guests and tickets. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Had a small group from PPWSL stop by Trees tonight.  Mostly sat at the bar, which kept Trees service bopping until about ten or so. JH Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Union, Skurnik, Southern and Empire will all arrive tomorrow. -DL  Maintenance: The lowboy in Trees on the right side is pooling water again. Added to the doc and made Juan aware. Jenn will have the closers empty it out so he can check it ag...

Monday 04.29 Ashley

Manager Communication: What a busy Monday! Lydia was masked up & seems to be feeling almost 100%. Jenna helped out both bars tonight, the flexibility was necessary & appreciated.  Challengers & NoBudge Live #39  were pretty much sold out. The NoBudge crowd came out to Trees as the last push started for TH2. We were absolutely slammed, and Darius couldn't have handled it any better.  *note about NoBudge* This is second in a row I've worked with a very young crowd. Everyone at the bar I ID'ed was born in 2002/2003, ordering multiple drinks at a time. Darius was also very diligent with checking ID's, but it feels worth noting for the next.  The bubbler in Trees is starting to act up again. The left side stopped bubbling, I turned it on and off and it came back to life. Let's keep an eye on it this week!  Glasses were looking naughty tonight. I de-seeded the bar inside the dishwasher and there was a plethora of debris. It definitely did the trick - we sh...

Sunday 04.28 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: Trees had a good crowd for majority of the night. A lot of cocktails flying out. Large crowd around the pool table all night. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Tevon was great support throughout the building like normal. He handles Sundays well consistently, even with being the only lead usually available. -DL Special Events?  Volo menus for tomorrow are printed and prepped, and are hanging out on top of the QR menus in the mailbox. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Reminder for staff to check the temperature at the dishwasher on the regular when doing glassware. Found the water on cold several times during service this weekend. -DL 86ed / counts on items: Balvenie is on a count until Tuesday's delivery. -DL Prep List:  PST Concentrate should be made tomorrow. JH We should also make Pistachio Syrup. -DL Over/Short on Banks : Trees was short $18. Jeshua had no recollection of what may've happened and there were no tab issues during service that I know of that ...

Saturday 04.27 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: Busy Saturday in the building with a lot of people hanging out. Trees continue to stay crowded well after the event was over and the games ended. -DL BAR Staff Observations:  Kelsey handled the lobby like a pro tonight with only little support during the busy theaters. I did have to remind her at the end of the night to not bring the gate down all the way. -DL  FOH Staff Observations: Misha was doing great every time I encountered them. They asked questions when in doubt and took input extremely well when handling drinks and trays at the pass. -DL Family was all gone before Jay was able to get any. He was helping flip when it first came out and it was gone pretty quick even with a lot of people not wanting to grab any. -DL Sick Leave/ Call outs:  Lydia posted their Trees closing shift yesterday, as they are very under the weather.  I spoke with Wyatt and Paul, and we were able to have Kelsey work a closing shift today instead of her previousl...

Friday 04.26 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication:  First round was pretty sedate, which gave both bars ample time to set up for what looks to be a very busy evening. JH The last two rounds were back to back busy for Trees but the team never appeared overwhelmed. Very smooth service for everyone . -DL BAR Staff Observations: Tevon made drinks, batched, stocked the bars and supported the bars in any way needed. Literally a rockstar that we should cherish to have. -DL FOH Staff Observations : Erika said she saw multiple ants in the service station for TH5 during service. I looked around at the end of the night when she told me about it but we didn't see any in the area or where the point of interest should be. Should keep an eye on it in the morning and during service. -DL Prep List:  Tevon juiced lemons and limes for service today, so that should hold us over until Sunday.  I'll make sure bartenders keep an eye on it tomorrow, as the next two nights look bustling. JH Yuzu Pom Spritzer kicked toward...

Thursday 04.25 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: Multiple theaters jumped up with Challengers coming in with force. Ian, Matthew and Gabrielle were able to pop between guests and tickets without any issues. I believe the FOH blog will have more information but we had a guest pass-out in the main stairwell. Will was the first person there and the guest's partner called an ambulance and it arrived not too long later. -DL Prep List: Ian was able to start an Ecto Chiller and get the hard part out of the way. Just need tangerine juice which will arrive in the morning.-DL Pay Outs: 7550-DJ-DJ for shouting at the screen-$100 5200-FOOD-$9 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Baldor & US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH Maintenance:  Victor from CleanSlate stopped by this morning and was able to check out the Trees glasswasher.  He replaced all the lines and recalibrated the chemicals, and said the machine appeared to be running normally after a few test runs.  Just to keep an eye on it, let's mention whe...

Wednesday 04.24 Dana/Jenn

Manager Communication: When I came in today, the bubbler holding the Peach Tea in lobby bar had black spots in the top corners of it from the liquid that splashes on the side of the bubbler. Gabrielle had a good idea to empty it and start to pour hot water in it at closing during the slower nights to avoid this from happening. We emptied all the product for it and kept the rest in a store n pour for the remainder of the day. -DL Evening stayed pretty mellow, barring some dinner round pops.  Smooth night across the building. JH BAR Staff Observations: Darius was able to knock out some batching, and Gabrielle swung upstairs to offer Kelsey support while Darius was in the back.  Both openers got out of here once the dinner round had settled, and both Jeshua and Kelsey were great solo.  Kelsey was very much on top of organizing and pre-closing at Trees, and did a really good job closing with minimal guidance. JH Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Union delivered today but were mi...

Tuesday 04.23 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Tonight definitely kept us on our toes. The TH3 10 Things I Hate About You  event went very smooth, & Maya absolutely crushed it solo while Ian batched us up. TH1 From Beyond practically sold out. Lydia held down all those tickets while Tevon took on bar guests. AB The Root Beer button on the Lobby Bar soda gun popped off at some point. Maya found it while cleaning - Dana is going to get in touch with Coca Cola this week to re-assemble the gun. There is another button missing, but for the soda line that we don't use in service. The Root Beer button is up on the liquor shelf next to to-go boxes/coffee filters. AB Last night Jenna had started a buyback tab and tonight Lydia did the same thing. I reiterated to both that we are buybacking items off the guests check in lieu of one large ominous buyback tab. AB BAR Staff Observations: Shoutout to Ian! He ran into two separate scenarios in Lobby tonight where product had turned, he intervened before it got...

Monday 04.22 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication:  Very calm tonight, with most business concentrated on the first floor. Jeshua took the preferred early cut, and Lydia stuck around upstairs for VOLO & *Bodega Cats* to arrive. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and didn't stick around passed 10PM. Tevon in Lobby was a blessing. Jenna kept the good times rolling upstairs. Frozens were cleaned. AB Customer Comments: At about 8:20 I got a call from Tevon in Lobby requesting a second opinion on a walk-in guest. He was an elderly gentleman that had quite the personality. Upon speaking to him further, we agreed he seemed coherent & quirky - not drunk. He purchased a ticket for 8:45PM Civil War and had one mixed drink before going in. Nathaniel gave Erika a heads up as    well and everything seemed alright. An hour into the movie Barry saw the guest pull out a Bacardi bottle. He was asked to put it away and servers were alerted not to serve him. He fell asleep for the rest of the movie and Nathan...

Sunday 04.21 Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication: First round numbers weren't too crazy. TH1 Civil War numbers gradually jumped up throughout the day. Miguel prepped in Lobby while Matthew & Kelsey held down Trees. Tevon got us back up on product, and Matthew was able to get the bar stocked and scooch a little after 4.  Are we still participating in the Arbor Day/Community Vodka situation for the April 26 menu print? Arbor Day specifically lands on that Friday. If we're reprinting that, should we add the Challengers drink special as an option? AB We had a lot of traffic in Trees before the Monkey Man screenings. Seems like that crowd continues to come in early and grab drinks before heading to their theater. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Darius in Trees tonight made things a breeze. Both were great with communication on any needs they may have encountered during service. -DL FOH Staff Observations: Isobel was great tonight. I know she was a runner but she was still very present throughout ...

Saturday 04.20 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication:  Easygoing brunch for a Saturday.  Second round definitely grew in sales as the day went on, but nothing crazy. JH Had a lot of walk-ins during the later rounds that caused lobby to get more traffic than normal. Trees had a few people stay and watch the games for awhile however it cleared out pretty early.-DL BAR Staff Observations:  Since the morning was pretty mellow, both bars had no issues keeping up with restocks.  Natasha was able to get out of here once Ian arrived for his mid shift. JH FOH Staff Observations: The servers seemed real communicative today. All the calls over the walkie were clear and direct. Feels like it made the shift a bit more smoother than some other Saturdays. -DL  Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Reminder for closers tomorrow: turn off both ice machines and burn the ice at both bars tomorrow night, as Dio is coming in early Monday morning to clean both. JH Prep List:  Finished off the One Small Ember bat...

Friday 04.19 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: This bar looked like a SARDINE CAN from 7 to 10:30PM. Numbers weren't too crazy, besides two  Civil War screenings   & the last  Dune II . Tevon & Ian split up some batching duties, and were both out before 9. Jeshua was excellent solo in Lobby, and communicated whenever he needed glassware. Matthew & Natasha have these Friday closes down to a science, always perfectly coordinating tasks throughout the night. AB BAR Staff Observations: Tevon ran around this building helping with glassware, batching, stocking, covering bars for others. Nitehawk runs on Tevon. AB FOH Staff Observations: Jovani & Michael were constantly present and helpful at the pass. AB Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Just a reminder for opening bar managers to make sure we are checking in with lobby bartenders about Sasquatch Sunset being a MubiGo option this week, and keeping that phone charged up.  Tevon was on top of it today, which was a dream. JH FOH B...

Thursday 04.18 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: Quiet first round of the day with some slight movement during the second. The FOH blog will have more details about the issues in Th 2 for 7:30 that caused a cancellation of Civil Wars for the rest of the night. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Tevon was able to get a small batch list done in order to get ahead for tomorrow. After batching he was able to help Jeshua in the lobby with directing and serving people down there while things were being straightened out in TH2.  Ian was able to get through the last push in Trees alongside Natasha and Matthew and still get out decently before his end time. -DL FOH Staff Observations: Jay had some good ideas in regard to the verbiage on the menu for guests to clearer indication of what they can and can't order from within the theaters. I told him he should talk to Paul or Gil directly about it. -DL  Special Events? Ambulance in TH1 had a good crowd with a lot drinking beforehand.  Lost & Found?: Lost phon...

Wednesday 04.17 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Tonight had a pretty bumpin' Trees Lounge with VOLO season back in action. I will say they were ordering more drinks and less food than previous years, we should definitely try to get some drink specials together for them next week. Kelsey came upstairs to support Darius while Matthew was batching. Jeshua was a perfect little angel in Lobby. AB BAR Staff Observations:  Kelsey seemed overwhelmed manuevering bar guests while Darius was handling an almost sold TH1. We paused service for a second so he could jump in but it didn't seem welcomed. With Kelsey getting more bar shifts, we should really prioritize her multi-tasking at the bar and keeping her head up toward guests. Also, being open to accept help/advice from her co-workers is a must must must. AB 86ed / counts on items:  Glenfiddich arrived, so was removed from the 86'd list. JH Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Stumptown, T. Edward, Empire, Southern, Union, & Skurnik were delivered. JH Mainte...

Tuesday 04.16 Dana/Jenn

Manager Communication: Relatively easygoing first round, which was followed by a bit of a service crunch at Trees when the special screening sat as Trivia was kicking off.  But service never halted, and things evened out after about thirty minutes as both crowds settled.  FOH Blog will speak more to the projection issues that disrupted the final round, but overall staff was able to accommodate and situate guests quickly. JH  BAR Staff Observations:  Lydia swung up to Trees just as Tevon headed to the back to batch and restock for Trees.  Lydia did a really great job holding down the service pass when service got a little hectic between 7:30-8:00pm, and basically took on Th1 solo and was great at following expo.  Miguel was great about taking care of bar guests and swooping into the pass to offer assistance when he had hands, while Maya took care of the guests on the floor and made/ran most of her initial drink tickets.  Tevon slid into service seamles...

Monday 04.15 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Very calm start to the day. Lydia knocked out her cleaning work right away freeing up time for more deep cleaning behind the bar. Kelsey juiced and cut citrus for both bars. -DL Lydia left shortly after family meal. Once Ian finished up in bar prep, Kelsey was able to scooch as well. Civil War continues to jump in sales, mostly walk-ins right when the theater opens. Darius handled service tickets and bar guests easily. AB Everything is printed & good to go in the trivia folder for tomorrow. We'll just need to print the picture round. Specs for  We Should Forage : Pour 3.5 oz into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with lemon peel. AB Customer Comments: I had an issue with a disgruntled guest (last name: Denton) who was looking for a credit card he left last week. It wasn't in the office, and he was going on and on about how many times he called us. Upon further complaining, he mentioned he left it at Trees, and I found it back there. I want to stress to c...

Sunday 04.14 Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication: Had an easy start with Paddington & Dawn of the Dead. Service picked up in the 2nd round with Civil War doubled up in TH1 & TH2. Monkey Man sales are also still going strong. Maya and Jenna breezed through tickets at the pass, with not so much traffic in Trees as usual. It made the day a lot easier with Natasha, a lead, in Lobby. Calls were minimal, and she multi-tasked with a plethora of walk-ins. Tevon got right into prep, and helped facilitate stocks at both bars before Jenna had to skedaddle. AB Very smooth evening in the building. Even with some busy theaters, things went extremely smooth. The 1st floor had a lot of cocktails being pumped out and walk ins coming in but Darius was a communicative about any support he may've needed in the moment. Servers also did a great job with glassware and helped bring some clean ones from the kitchen directly to lobby during down time. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Tevon killed it in trees tonight after knocki...

Saturday 04.13 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: A lot of cocktails being ordered in Trees during and after the event. A lot of traffic coming in ordering cocktails before their movies. The bartenders were able to handle it with ease but glassware became a constant issue due to Trees being busy in the middle of the rushes from the theaters. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua wasn't feeling his best today due to something his ate before work. He was able to push through and handle lobby with minor support from myself. Told him to keep us posted if he feels worst tomorrow and to get attempt to get coverage for it right away. -DL FOH Staff Observations:  Dee was really proactive about getting drink orders in ASAP during their greets in the larger theaters, which was positively commented on by bar staff.  Gave them a quick thank you, and reiterated how helpful that is during busier screenings. JH Julianna and Vinny both mentioned that a trigger warning/heads up for servers working Civil War , as there ar...

Friday 04.12 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication:  Civil War is definitely popular, doing really well in the first round and completely selling out Th1 for the second round. The smaller theaters also had a fair share of walk-in ticketing throughout the second round, keeping all three floors fairly busy. JH Even the 10:00 Civil War almost sold out. Keeping up with glassware is still a struggle, I'm not really sure what else needs to be done about the situation. I broke out pints and pre-bussed theaters myself, which pulled me away from other bar duties. Mentioning now because we will have an extra round tomorrow. AB Tevon got us batched up and checked with both bars before scooching. Ian held down the pass for the first round, and Darius took over so he could batch a few more items before leaving. Matthew was the guest-facing dreamboat. Despite the madness, we finished the night strong. AB  BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle is the person you want to greet you and guide you upon arrival. She is so patien...

Thursday 04.11 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Calm first round. Gave the openers time to reset and prepare for the later rounds. Darius swung upstairs to batch once Matthew arrived. Ian didn't have much traffic in Trees but he did have several people who stayed for a a long time. -DL Judging by tonight,  Civil War is definitely going to be keeping us on our toes this weekend. Natasha handled the solo close like a boss, but it's worth revisiting having two closers on Thursdays with business picking back up. Ian got the bar reset and left around 9. Darius preferred the later cut and stuck around for the last Civil War push. Cabaret was the sold-out star of the show, with excited bar guests before and after doors. Matthew was totally fine holding down a busy lobby, and watched Trees at the end so Natasha could get a final stock in. AB At around 11:55PM Dwight called MOD's to inform us TH5 finished, and none of them had closed out their checks. I re-opened the Lobby gate and checked out all of the g...

Wednesday 04.10 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Draft Choice arrived bright and early today. Lines were cleaned without any issues and good to go before doors. Would definitely request Eva to come and clean the lines again in the future. -DL Both openers were able to get out shortly after family meal. Matthew batched us up on Old Fashioned, Negroni, & Espresso Martini kegs. The Don't Be a Menace  crowd came to Trees before and after, which was fun. AB  Dana found some suspicious black spots in the bubbler in Lobby on the Peach Tea side. It seems it was getting filled too high, and unable to keep cool enough temperatures. That product got tossed and the bubblers were cleaned today. I marked on both bubblers a max fill line for Peach Tea, if we can keep an eye on that this week. AB   Gonna order us some organizing bins this week and move some unnecessary knickknacks from behind the bar (all the draft beer letters were put in the cabinet upside down and fell into the ice bin, which is the ...

Tuesday 04.09 Dana

Manager Communication: Nice weather outside kept everything quiet inside. The Others at 9:15 was the biggest pop of the day but not much of a drinking crowd for such a short movie.  BAR Staff Observations: Let's keep an eye on the amount of fruit we're cutting at one time. I found 4 containers of limes behind the bar at Trees all dated for 04/07. -DL FOH Staff Observations: Dee really seems to be fitting well. Every time I saw them with Michael they were taking the lead and asking questions where needed. Looked very confident at the POS.  Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenn needed today off due a family emergency. Schedulefly has been adjusted.  86ed / counts on items: St.Agrestis Spritz 86'd Prep List: Tevon got us batched up and stocked on all product leading into tomorrow.  Over/Short on Banks: Payout: 5200-FOOD-$13-Cilantro  5200-FOOD-$12-Spinach

Monday 04.08 Jenn

Manager Communication:  Laidback Monday, with dinner round and the last round in Th2 offering some service pops, but nothing unwieldy for a weeknight.  Trees stayed pretty quiet all night, with the evening crowd wrapped up once the last round was in.  BAR Staff Observations:  Had openers get a headstart on frozen machines, since service numbers looked low for the rest of the day.  Easygoing service, great communication between openers and closers.  86ed / counts on items: 86'd Cold Brew (will be back in stock before doors tomorrow).   Prep List:  I used the last of the Absolut to prep another batch of infused vodka for Dirty Shame , which should be strained tomorrow evening.  I will update all binders tomorrow with that recipe and our weekend recipe updates. I made more cardamom-infused coconut milk for One Small Ember , as we have been flying through that special.  Also made more Rosemary Pomegranate Syrup.  Since we now have ...

Sunday 04.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication:   This brunch was brunching a little more than yesterday, but Maya had her game-face on all morning. Miguel got us back up on fresh juice while holding down Lobby. Kelsey was tremendous at supporting both bars. Tevon batched a bit before heading out to Trees. AB Will and I were able to get the NCAA game on again in Trees. It's been keeping a good crowd up at the bar. AB Customer Comments: At about 7/7:30ish there was a lady in Trees that was causing a disturbance. Tevon alerted me stating that she typically does not bother anyone but to keep an eye out because she was being a lil more extra than usual. MOD was walkied by a server from either TH1 or TH2 stating that a guest was complaining about this woman and how she was acting in the Tree's bathroom/in Tree's. I went over and spoke to her to ask if she was doing alright. She said she wanted a Pina Colada and I said that I will only get her water. She wanted to file a complaint about there being a lot...

Saturday 04.06 Ashley/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Numbers didn't jump up too much this morning, and STB had a very easy-going crowd. Miguel prepped for both bars and Matthew spent his shift mostly in Trees to help Natasha with glassware and guests. Once Ian got in, we batched a little bit of everything, mostly catching up on new syrups. AB Pretty busy evening on all three floors, with Trees hosting a steady crowd that naturally dwindled after 11:30pm. JH Customer Comments:  Had an older woman who came to see Kung Fu Panda 4 with her daughter and two grandkids in Th5, who began to wander around the first floor.  She was ejected from both Th3 and Th5, and became irate after Matthew bussed the empty glass she had left on the bar.  Jeshua called for a manager, and I went to Lobby.  She was upset and getting loud about us stealing from her, even though her daughter had paid for everything up until that point, so I asked Dwight to grab her daughter from Th5 while I stayed at Lobby with her co...

Friday 04.05 Jenn/Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication:  Tonight seemed like it was going to be mellow, but it definitely changed its mind. It's awesome to watch Trees Lounge become a place to be, movies or not. Monkey Man is a *drinking crowd* and One Small Ember was flying off the shelf. Ian and Matthew handled an abundance of bar guests while Natasha handled mostly the pass. Lillian helped get the NCAA game on in Trees, and it was a huge hit for guests. Gabrielle was busy in Lobby and communicated when she needed glassware. AB Gabrielle mentioned a foul smell in Lobby. I poured citric acid in the floor drain close to the stench because that is my fix for everything. Will re-assess tomorrow if it persists. AB BAR Staff Observations: Openers were amazing today. Tevon and Ian are pros at a menu switch which made it things run super smooth. Both bars were completely ready for service with all the new products outside of the St. Agrestis Spritz. Note on that in the maintenance section. -DL 86ed / counts on items:...

Thursday 04.04 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: Trees had a lot of traffic this evening leading into the dinner round. Not much going on outside of this rush. Ian was able to swing to the back to get us all batched up on the syrups and backups leading into the new menu tomorrow. -DL Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  Menu meeting went well.  Keeping the tasting within Th3 definitely made for a smoother run, allowing kitchen and bar to trade off tastings to better accommodate prepping and running food. JH 86ed / counts on items:  86 Winter Menu. JH Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  All spring menu items are in-house. JH Southern and Manhattan were delivered today. Skurnik and Ruby Wellness will arrive tomorrow.-DL  Maintenance:  No lingering leaks or moisture along any of the windowsills at Trees today. JH

Wednesday 04.03 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: The rain kept things quiet in the building. Giving us plenty of time to get ahead on things for tomorrow. The heavy rain did bring in some leaks along the walls of Trees by the windows. They have been pretty contained but Ashley will continue to keep an eye on them throughout the night. -DL The leak slowed down finally around 8:00PM. I replaced the rags by the window at the end of the night just in case. AB Kelsey knocked out the bubbler in Lobby before hopping off. We kept the bubbler in Trees going since it was cleaned two days ago. AB Tonight stayed calm with the Nicole Kidman exception. The Hours jumped up to about 100. It was just Jeshua and myself and we crushed it. AB Not enough Mr. Black in house to batch a full Espresso Martini keg, but we could potentially knock out a half keg for the meeting if absolutely necessary? AB Dana, I threw a case of the new Sauv Blanc in the walk-in so it'll be cold. I'm not sure if this an item we're tasting in ...

Tuesday 04.02 Nick/Jenn

Manager Communication:  Very similar to yesterday, with the second round doing well but without service ever getting unwieldy.  The weather definitely kept walk ins to a minimum, but Trivia filled out Trees for a chunk of the night. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Gabrielle was able to get out of here shortly before Trivia began, and Ian held down lobby solo all night without issue.  Darius, Maya, and Tevon are a well-oiled machine when it comes to Trivia, and resetting the floor is just as easy afterwards.  Easygoing night, great work from all bartenders. JH Sick Leave/ Call outs:  Dana was feeling ill this morning and let Nick and I know that he would not be able to make it in.  Nick moved his shift to the Sick section on Sfly. JH Special Events?  Trivia was great, not super packed due to the rain, but all tables were filled.  Darius, Maya, and Tevon make this look easy. JH Staff Meeting Agenda notes:  There has been some variety in immer...

Monday 04.01 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication:  Pretty normal Monday over here at the ol' NPP. Godzilla x Kong in TH1 jumped first round and kept this building on it's toes with walk-ins. Miguel crushed service solo. Once closers got in, Jenna knocked out a bunch of roll-ups for trivia tomorrow night. Miguel cleaned the Coconut Lime Slushie frozen before he left. Tevon helped me update the draft boards, so it'll be a much easier transition putting up the new beers Friday AM. Tevon & Lydia each held down their floor for the rest of the night. Frozen machines were cleaned. AB New Menu Prep:  What got done tonight: Genmaicha infused Appleton 8 yr (Cool Runnings), Truffle Butter Popcorn Syrup (Last Action Hero), Honey Syrup (Neon Demon). AB Prep we can start when deliveries come in tomorrow: Pistachio Syrup (Pistachio Mai Tai), Ginger Pineapple Syrup (Mr. Fusion). AB Dana, do you want to take the lead on the Caperberry/Dill Vodka + Celery Saline Solution for Dirty Shame? Also are we snagging the...
