Manager Communication:
Had an easy start with Paddington & Dawn of the Dead. Service picked up in the 2nd round with Civil War doubled up in TH1 & TH2. Monkey Man sales are also still going strong. Maya and Jenna breezed through tickets at the pass, with not so much traffic in Trees as usual. It made the day a lot easier with Natasha, a lead, in Lobby. Calls were minimal, and she multi-tasked with a plethora of walk-ins. Tevon got right into prep, and helped facilitate stocks at both bars before Jenna had to skedaddle. AB

Very smooth evening in the building. Even with some busy theaters, things went extremely smooth. The 1st floor had a lot of cocktails being pumped out and walk ins coming in but Darius was a communicative about any support he may've needed in the moment. Servers also did a great job with glassware and helped bring some clean ones from the kitchen directly to lobby during down time. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
Tevon killed it in trees tonight after knocking out a lot of batching. He was able to get out here a bit before his scheduled time after making sure Jeshua was fully stocked up at Trees. Darius swung upstairs to help preclose trees for alongside Jeshua and was gone before last call. 

FOH Staff Observations: 
Quetzie was great. She seems extremely proactive whether it's busy or slow and was pointed out by a couple of the bartender as being a great fit. -DL

Prep List:
Mr. Fusion, Dirty Shame and Rockford Peaches were all extra popular for the Civil War crowd. May need to do a double batch of each moving forward. -DL

Maintenance:
All filters have been changed at both bars. Extra filters are in bar storage. -DL

Filmbot Issues:  
Paul and I stayed in contact with Filmbot support for majority of the morning. The credit card reader is still having connection issues. Everything was restarted a few times. It came back for about an hour before losing connection again. On their end, they're noticing a lot of network timeouts. I know filmbot is connected by an ethernet cable, I'm not sure how to better stabilize the card reader? It was fine when I left today. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
