Monday 04.29 Ashley

Manager Communication:
What a busy Monday! Lydia was masked up & seems to be feeling almost 100%. Jenna helped out both bars tonight, the flexibility was necessary & appreciated. Challengers & NoBudge Live #39 were pretty much sold out. The NoBudge crowd came out to Trees as the last push started for TH2. We were absolutely slammed, and Darius couldn't have handled it any better. 

*note about NoBudge* This is second in a row I've worked with a very young crowd. Everyone at the bar I ID'ed was born in 2002/2003, ordering multiple drinks at a time. Darius was also very diligent with checking ID's, but it feels worth noting for the next. 

The bubbler in Trees is starting to act up again. The left side stopped bubbling, I turned it on and off and it came back to life. Let's keep an eye on it this week! 

Glasses were looking naughty tonight. I de-seeded the bar inside the dishwasher and there was a plethora of debris. It definitely did the trick - we should be putting some TLC in the dish-pit area with the warmer weather. Speaking of, do we still have those fruit fly traps? I can't remember what we did with them after our recent DOH visit (lol). 

Nicole from the Prospect Park Women's League stopped by and asked about them coming in this Friday at 8:00PM, about 25 people. She seems really pumped about making Nitehawk their stomping grounds, and has a logo she can email us if we're all on board! Email: nikkykayla@gmail.com 

BAR Staff Observations:
Darius absolutely held down that full Trees crowd! Tevon swooped up the moment he was routed to assist. 

FOH Staff Observations:
Alex, Dee, & Tiffany were immensely helpful tonight!

Prep List:
 I got us back up on PST Concentrate & Pistachio Syrup. Darius batched FWWM & Ecto Chiller. 
Tomorrow we should get stocked up on Bloody Concentrate, Pistachio Mai Tai, & Popcorn Syrup. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor & US Foods arrived. Tiny Baldor order arriving tomorrow.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
