Manager Communication:
Very calm start to the day. Lydia knocked out her cleaning work right away freeing up time for more deep cleaning behind the bar. Kelsey juiced and cut citrus for both bars. -DL

Lydia left shortly after family meal. Once Ian finished up in bar prep, Kelsey was able to scooch as well. Civil War continues to jump in sales, mostly walk-ins right when the theater opens. Darius handled service tickets and bar guests easily. AB

Everything is printed & good to go in the trivia folder for tomorrow. We'll just need to print the picture round. Specs for We Should Forage: Pour 3.5 oz into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with lemon peel. AB

Customer Comments:
I had an issue with a disgruntled guest (last name: Denton) who was looking for a credit card he left last week. It wasn't in the office, and he was going on and on about how many times he called us. Upon further complaining, he mentioned he left it at Trees, and I found it back there. I want to stress to closers that they must return those cards left behind with their cash drop. I collected 3 cards total that were not from today's service. Mentioned in Weekly Bar Notes. AB   

BAR Staff Observations:
Great energy tonight, all around. Openers (Lydia & Kelsey) finished their side-work early on and helped me de-clutter some nook & crannies behind both bars. Ian was so patient and helpful to every individual that walked into our lobby. Darius treated every person in Trees like a regular, and the vibes were infectious. AB

FOH Staff Observations: 
I hate to sound repetitive but oh my goodness LaSHAE. All the punches thrown her way, she turns into hugs. AB

Special Events?
Maria Olloqui ABC live interview went smooth and was wrapped up before doors were open. 

Prep List:
Ian knocked out an extensive batch list to get us back up following the weekend.
We're going through a lot of the One Small Ember so we should watch the Cardamon Coconut Milk. -DL 

We couldn't make anymore Water of Life (no blue curacao), but both bars are currently stocked. We can get started on more Cinnamon Demerara as well. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
