Manager Communication:
Draft Choice arrived bright and early today. Lines were cleaned without any issues and good to go before doors. Would definitely request Eva to come and clean the lines again in the future. -DL

Both openers were able to get out shortly after family meal. Matthew batched us up on Old Fashioned, Negroni, & Espresso Martini kegs. The Don't Be a Menace crowd came to Trees before and after, which was fun. AB 

Dana found some suspicious black spots in the bubbler in Lobby on the Peach Tea side. It seems it was getting filled too high, and unable to keep cool enough temperatures. That product got tossed and the bubblers were cleaned today. I marked on both bubblers a max fill line for Peach Tea, if we can keep an eye on that this week. AB  

Gonna order us some organizing bins this week and move some unnecessary knickknacks from behind the bar (all the draft beer letters were put in the cabinet upside down and fell into the ice bin, which is the origin of my de-clutter madness spree). There's some dead space on our shelves in the liquor room, and welcome any ideas! I figured we could have a Trivia container, one for letters, misc. event stuff, etc. AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Matthew crushed service tonight! We are lucky to have him. AB

Prep List: 
We can start a backup N/A Spritzer keg tomorrow, as well as more Demerara/Cinnamon Demerara. AB 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Empire, Southern and Rockaway will arrive tomorrow. 
SKI and Manhattan are arriving on Friday. Manhattan has been instructed to take back the 5 bottles of Sorrel Liqueur with this delivery. If for any reason the driver refuses please call me or Mike (The Union Contact) right away. -DL
    
Maintenance: 
The right-side lowboy in Trees has some condensation build-up, and Matthew confirmed the product on that side doesn't seem cold enough. We should look into this with the warmer weather. Not sure if Juan worked on these yet for Menu Change, added to Maintenance blog. AB

Speaking of Quarterly Bar Maintenance, which tasks do we still need to schedule?

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
