Friday 04.19 Jenn/Ashley
Manager Communication:
This bar looked like a SARDINE CAN from 7 to 10:30PM. Numbers weren't too crazy, besides two Civil War screenings & the last Dune II. Tevon & Ian split up some batching duties, and were both out before 9. Jeshua was excellent solo in Lobby, and communicated whenever he needed glassware. Matthew & Natasha have these Friday closes down to a science, always perfectly coordinating tasks throughout the night. AB
BAR Staff Observations:
Tevon ran around this building helping with glassware, batching, stocking, covering bars for others. Nitehawk runs on Tevon. AB

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Just a reminder for opening bar managers to make sure we are checking in with lobby bartenders about Sasquatch Sunset being a MubiGo option this week, and keeping that phone charged up. Tevon was on top of it today, which was a dream. JH
FOH Blog will go into more detail about projection issues today, but there have been several occasions in the last week of service where communication could have been clearer between management and projection. Ultimately, when a screening goes down, it is front of house staff, largely servers and managers, that are dealing with customers, whose range of emotions can vary broadly. While projection is working on resolving the issue, it certainly doesn't help to have managers needing to interrupt them so as to better handle guest expectations.
Maybe we could schedule a time for projection and floor management to meet to go over plans and strategies based on the the typical issues that occur when a screening goes down (i.e. which theater servers are connected; can a movie be restarted and, if so, how long should we tell guests to wait; when do we call it and cancel a screening; etc.)? Similar to how we try to maintain consistency in how we handle fire alarms that occur during service. JH
Prep List:
We can finish the One Last Ember batch once mango puree is delivered in the morning. We can also get started on some more Mr. Fusion. Peach Tea Concentrate also wouldn't hurt! AB\\\\\
