Manager Communication: 
Civil War is definitely popular, doing really well in the first round and completely selling out Th1 for the second round. The smaller theaters also had a fair share of walk-in ticketing throughout the second round, keeping all three floors fairly busy. JH

Even the 10:00 Civil War almost sold out. Keeping up with glassware is still a struggle, I'm not really sure what else needs to be done about the situation. I broke out pints and pre-bussed theaters myself, which pulled me away from other bar duties. Mentioning now because we will have an extra round tomorrow. AB

Tevon got us batched up and checked with both bars before scooching. Ian held down the pass for the first round, and Darius took over so he could batch a few more items before leaving. Matthew was the guest-facing dreamboat. Despite the madness, we finished the night strong. AB 

BAR Staff Observations:
Gabrielle is the person you want to greet you and guide you upon arrival. She is so patient & informative, finding a way to make everyone smile no matter how busy. AB

FOH Staff Observations: 
Quetzie already has such a grasp on how things work around here. She was so helpful at the pass and present for her team. Very happy to have such a positive presence. AB

Prep List:
We should get started on some N/A Spritzer kegs in the morning. Everything else is all batched up and ready. Theater specials are chillin on the bottom shelf due to space. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
All bar deliveries for the week arrived.  Water filters also arrived and are up in Bar Prep. JH

Baldor arriving tomorrow. Stumptown arriving Tuesday. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
