Manager Communication:
Busy Saturday in the building with a lot of people hanging out. Trees continue to stay crowded well after the event was over and the games ended. -DL

BAR Staff Observations: 
Kelsey handled the lobby like a pro tonight with only little support during the busy theaters. I did have to remind her at the end of the night to not bring the gate down all the way. -DL 

FOH Staff Observations:
Misha was doing great every time I encountered them. They asked questions when in doubt and took input extremely well when handling drinks and trays at the pass. -DL

Family was all gone before Jay was able to get any. He was helping flip when it first came out and it was gone pretty quick even with a lot of people not wanting to grab any. -DL

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Lydia posted their Trees closing shift yesterday, as they are very under the weather.  I spoke with Wyatt and Paul, and we were able to have Kelsey work a closing shift today instead of her previously-scheduled server shift. JH

Special Events?
Engagement party for Scott Larsen went great. Raekwon was super attentive to make sure everything went smooth and without any type of issues. -DL 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
The new keg of PYR we hooked up was not charged, so the drink was pouring flat at the start of service.  I was able to change the keg to one that was charged, and then we ran the line for a while until the bubbles appeared.  What I think happened is that somebody hooked up the keg to charge, but the gas line was not open.  Let's make sure we are double checking that line when charging kegs. JH 

We pulled the Peach Tea in lobby bar due to it being extremely watered down and not sweet at all. Pretty sure someone added water to an already diluted batch. Just a reminder for bartenders to double check before refilling to avoid wasting product. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Chalk arrived today. JH

Maintenance: 
Glasswasher at Trees seems to be running well.  Dana replaced the yellow #3 around 5:00pm, so I'll check on its levels tomorrow morning to make sure the line is good. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
