Manager Communication: 
Tonight seemed like it was going to be mellow, but it definitely changed its mind. It's awesome to watch Trees Lounge become a place to be, movies or not. Monkey Man is a *drinking crowd* and One Small Ember was flying off the shelf. Ian and Matthew handled an abundance of bar guests while Natasha handled mostly the pass. Lillian helped get the NCAA game on in Trees, and it was a huge hit for guests. Gabrielle was busy in Lobby and communicated when she needed glassware. AB

Gabrielle mentioned a foul smell in Lobby. I poured citric acid in the floor drain close to the stench because that is my fix for everything. Will re-assess tomorrow if it persists. AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Openers were amazing today. Tevon and Ian are pros at a menu switch which made it things run super smooth. Both bars were completely ready for service with all the new products outside of the St. Agrestis Spritz. Note on that in the maintenance section. -DL

86'd St. Agrestis Spritz, until we are able to have Draft Choice come in. JH

Prep List:
Tevon made a backup of all the new cocktails. Should be in great shape for the weekend. -DL

Gonna make more Cardamom Coconut Milk (One Small Ember) in the morning. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow, with more almond and oat milk arriving for ST&B. JH

Ordered lamination sheets from Amazon. Should arrive tomorrow.
Filters were delayed and should be here Tuesday. 

Maintenance: 
The technician from Draft Choice scheduled to clean the lines at NPP was out sick today.  We were able to clear the lines ourselves and hook up the new beers and Espresso Martini, but will hold off on getting the St.Agrestis Spritz on draft.  We are looking to book another appointment, I am just waiting on confirmation from Draft Choice.  Potentially, someone will be in Wednesday morning at 8:00am, and Dana will be here. JH

Mobilebytes Issues:
Can we possibly add a small option for the Peach Tea and Arnold Palmer to match the small Lemonade. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
