Customer Comments: At about 7/7:30ish there was a lady in Trees that was causing a disturbance. Tevon alerted me stating that she typically does not bother anyone but to keep an eye out because she was being a lil more extra than usual. MOD was walkied by a server from either TH1 or TH2 stating that a guest was complaining about this woman and how she was acting in the Tree's bathroom/in Tree's. I went over and spoke to her to ask if she was doing alright. She said she wanted a Pina Colada and I said that I will only get her water. She wanted to file a complaint about there being a lot of prostitution in Trees and that her husband has been "taken and tied up and forced to have sex with gays and women" (yup this is what she told me). She said that I have to be aware of all this and that there are a bunch of lesbians and gays pushing their agenda on her here at Nitehawk... She finally told me that she has killed someone before and that she will again if she has to. I told her that it was time to go and I walked outside with her and she continued on her rant. I tried stating simply that we are just a neighborhood movie theater but homegirl didn't wanna hear that. She gave me her name (Nadia Sanoh (Not sure if any of these names are properly spelt exactly)) her husbands (Jerry) and her Mother in laws (Jackie). Just something to keep an eye on. If I am here again and see her and she's being even slightly difficult then I would simply state that this is not the place for her and tell her she will not be welcomed back (not sure if that would be proper protocol but makes sense to me). Apparently Dwight has had to deal with her before. She is a skinny black woman and was holding a bible with her. -AB2
BAR Staff Observations: Miguel has gotten back into the routine of not using the break function. I reminded him before he left and he was apologetic. Just something to keep an eye on. AB

Prep List:
This brunch was brunching a little more than yesterday, but Maya had her game-face on all morning. Miguel got us back up on fresh juice while holding down Lobby. Kelsey was tremendous at supporting both bars. Tevon batched a bit before heading out to Trees. AB
Will and I were able to get the NCAA game on again in Trees. It's been keeping a good crowd up at the bar. AB

Peach Tea was extremely popular today. I got us up on more concentrate this morning. I recommend we double up next weekend. AB
We went through all of the One Small Ember so I double batched another. -AB2
