Wednesday 04.03 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication:
The rain kept things quiet in the building. Giving us plenty of time to get ahead on things for tomorrow. The heavy rain did bring in some leaks along the walls of Trees by the windows. They have been pretty contained but Ashley will continue to keep an eye on them throughout the night. -DL
The leak slowed down finally around 8:00PM. I replaced the rags by the window at the end of the night just in case. AB

Kelsey knocked out the bubbler in Lobby before hopping off. We kept the bubbler in Trees going since it was cleaned two days ago. AB

Tonight stayed calm with the Nicole Kidman exception. The Hours jumped up to about 100. It was just Jeshua and myself and we crushed it. AB

Not enough Mr. Black in house to batch a full Espresso Martini keg, but we could potentially knock out a half keg for the meeting if absolutely necessary? AB

Dana, I threw a case of the new Sauv Blanc in the walk-in so it'll be cold. I'm not sure if this an item we're tasting in the meeting, but just in case! I made a pun. AB

Matthew helped me gather 3 full racks of rocks glasses for the meeting tomorrow AM in TH3. They're in the liquor room overnight, lets make sure they make their way up to Trees post-meeting please! -AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Matthew went above and beyond tonight for his team & myself. AB

Special Events?
We should be all set on Spoons product for tomorrow night. Coco-Puffs on the dry shelf above the bitters. AB

86ed / counts on items:
Catskill Black Lager, Interboro Helles Lager, Budweiser, Lunar Plum Hard Seltzer, In the Mood for Love, Coconut Slushie, Pina Colada. AB

Prep List:
Knocked all the syrups and infusion for the new cocktails with the exception of the Pineapple Ginger Syrup. Ginger Puree was OOS for out delivery today. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Received US Food, Union, Finback and Other Half delivered
Southern and Skurnik will arrive tomorrow. Manhattan on Friday. -DL

Baldor should be delivering Prickly Pear puree (Neon Demon) & Ginger puree (Mr. Fusion) tomorrow AM. I'll do my best to get here earlier so that syrup can get knocked out with time to cool before we batch with bar team @ 11:00AM. AB

Maintenance:
Leaking in trees along the window area due to the heavy rain. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
