Manager Communication :  Trivia was packed out tonight however the bartenders were never overwhelmed. Some guest were confused whether to order from the server or directly from the bar at first but it became clear after the first round. -DL  BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua swung upstairs and help Trees for a busy Trivia night. Making sure the outside was clear and the bar was restocked. -DL Prep List : Will need to batch more Bluets and Oils and Fistful of $ Pay Outs: 5200-Food-$15.98 5200-Food- $13.96 5200-Food-$13.74 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  US Foods arriving tomorrow. Manager Communication:  Easygoing Monday, with the dinner round and MubiGo The Killer leading the day in ticket sales. JH BAR Staff Observations:  I say it all the time, but really great work tonight all around from bar team.  Once everyone had a chance to grab family, I had a preshift with Lydia, Maya, and Tevon, where we reviewed the rules and drinks of the evening.  They all asked great questions, worked really well together, and never needed clarification during service beyond that initial preshift meeting. Jenna came up to Trees and absolutely crushed service bar solo for the entire dinner round, which meant the other bartenders could focus solely on bar guests.  Darius held down lobby bar solo all night, and helped Trees closeout after he was done closing lobby bar.  Maya took lead on closing Trees, and Tevon ran the event product back to the walkin and restocked the backbar in order. Manager Communication: Nitrogen delivery came in before we opened. So everything is back on. They did only bring one tank, but promise they will be back tomorrow with a second tank. I will follow up tomorrow morning. -ND Trees bar spec quizzes have been printed and administered to all Saturday bartenders. I will give them to The Sunday and Monday bartenders as well. We can assess Tuesday morning who still needs to take it. -ND I want to be sure we are checking off the opening porters and overseeing the FOH porters on their daily deep cleans. Can we all put extra attention on addressing these with the porters on your opening shifts for the next week? Manager Communication:  Decently busy Friday evening throughout the building.  A lot of the larger service pushes were pretty staggered out, particularly on the second and third floor.  Even being down one bartender, we never really felt understaffed, as I was able to move bartenders down to lobby to help Tevon when needed.  Five Nights at Freddy's crowd is definitely out to have a good time, and orders throughout the movie. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Really great team tonight, particularly since I had a fair amount of admin work to get done in between service pushes.  Tevon really held down lobby on his own all night, and Dwight was, as always, incredibly helpful with ticketing and guiding guests.  Ashley, Ian, and Matthew crushed at Trees all night, and Ashley was able to get out of here once the Th2 FN@F got through its initial service push.  Ian and Matthew were ready for the late night bar crawl, and kept up with the crowd. Manager Communication: Spoke to the closing porters about ensuring the garbage is taken out at the end of the night. May need to follow up with them at the end of the night to give them a better timeframe when to take the garbage from each bar area. -DL Smooth evening. Trees had a nice crowd throughout most of the dinner round and beginning of the late round. Manager Communication: Good day today. Smooth services. Nice crowds at Trees.  BAR Staff Observations: Good team today. Openers Jenna and Jeshua were set up by the time I got here. Jenna was out by 8 and Jeshua 10. Closers Tevon and Darius did a great job closing and cleaning frozen machines.  Special Events? Private event at th4 was great and had great trees groups before and after.  Prep List: Live Deliciously and Autumn G&T should be made tomorrow. 

Manager Communication:  Pretty good start to the day. Busy but not overwhelming first round, second round  KOTFM was way busier.  EL Dinner rounds were busy, but the last round was pretty mellow.  Trees got a nice crowd during the Th1 KotFM flip, but those guests pretty quickly went into Th1 once it opened for the final round of the day. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Great openers, Mids were very helpful and appreciated. EL Openers got out of here shortly after closers got in, and both Darius and Miguel got out around 9:30/10:00, once the majority of the final round had settled.  I have noticed that Miguel has been really conscientious about matching dates on product when refilling store n pours, and and makes sure to wash them out and update the labels immediately.  He took point at service bar for the majority of the evening rushes, and did a really great job keeping the pass stocked and organized. Manager Communication:  Brisk morning, with plenty of theaters selling out, or getting close to it, during the day. JH Good pop from the late round of movies. Not much action in Trees after midnight. -DL BAR Staff Observations:  Really great work all around today.  Natasha held down lobby all morning, while Ashley and Matthew absolutely crushed the NewFest brunch event.  Once the event was over, Th1 had a pretty busy service push, shortly followed by a nearly sold out Th2.   Miguel got both bars restocked once he got in, and then stuck around Trees to help with service.  Ian got in right as a sold out Th1 was seating and the NewFest screening was letting out and filling up Trees.  Matthew was able to step in as a drink runner for the second round Th1 service, to help cover some gaps due to server callouts. Manager Communication: Jeshua was cut at 8:30. Jenna was able to handle Lobby fine on her own. I broke out a rack of coffee mugs, the NewFest crowd was ordering mostly coffee/teas and we couldn't keep up. BAR Staff Observations: Maya and Matthew had great opens. -EL  A guest ordered an Impossible Burger with cheese from Jeshua and then informed Jeshua he was lactose intolerant after eating the meal. I refunded him for the burger and he seemed to be okay with the two movie passes until he saw more behind the bar and then he kept asking for more. Jeshua said he repeated the order to him multiple times but it's suppose to be a automatic write up. Manager Communication:  Started busy with lots of Paw Patrol guests in the first round, but the middle two rounds were a little more sedate. EL Customer Comments: Had an underage guest at Trees ask Ian for a non-alcoholic beer.  Ian touched base with me, and we agreed to not sell the beverage, as the law surrounding the issue is a bit fuzzy.  Ian explained to the guest why we were unable to sell them the n/a beer, and the guest was fine with that. Manager Communication : AMAZING NEWS FIRST AND FOREMOST! The emergency nitrogen backups arrived this morning. All the lines are officially cleared. Autumn G+T is having a hard time pouring at the left beer tower in Trees. I've adjusted it every way possible, but no salami. Other good news, shiny new flooring in the walk-in was installed this morning. Bad news, the kegs got moved around like crazy. I took all the Old Fashioned & Negroni store'n'pours from both bars and married them back into their keg homes. Good crowd at the bar today. AB All the kegs in the walk-in were put back in the correct order. No more Baba Rabbit. There is one full keg of Negroni but the old fashioned is all broken into cambros.
