Manager Communication:
Spoke to the closing porters about ensuring the garbage is taken out at the end of the night. May need to follow up with them at the end of the night to give them a better timeframe when to take the garbage from each bar area. -DL

Smooth evening. Trees had a nice crowd throughout most of the dinner round and beginning of the late round. EL

BAR Staff Observations: Openers Ashley and Lydia did a great job setting up for the evening and both worked Trees while Tevon batched and Jenna held down lobby till close. Ashley and Lydia stayed at Trees with Tevon until theaters settled and Trees was manageable.

Special Events? Kung Fu kickball had a party with an 8-bit gameboy DJ. They had a nice crowd. EL

We are using Rosaluna Mezcal in lieu of the Siete Misterios in the Y Tu Mamá También until we get more Siete in stock later this week. JH

Lost & Found: Evan Hunerberg thinks he lost a black ring in trees near the pool table. We both checked around but no sign of it. Took his information down incase it shows up. (718-559-9196) -DL

Maintenance: 
Spoke to NuCO to check on the eta of our new nitrogen generator.  It is still in transit, so no install date yet.  I will reach out to them later in the week and will update if anything changes. JH

Filmbot Issues:*No coins needed until Thursday when Taylor Swift returns. DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
