Manager Communication: Today was tackled by a great team. Between NewFest, getting Paw Patrolled, and the Swiftie's takeover: everyone was above and beyond. I broke out a rack of coffee mugs, the NewFest crowd was ordering mostly coffee/teas and we couldn't keep up. AB 

BAR Staff Observations: Can we communicate to bar team to keep NewFest 35 backups in a clear quart container? It looks exactly like the Fire Walk. 

Jeshua had an issue concerning his eye today. He was able to work just need to take an extra second to look at the tickets. He will email us to keep us updated if it becomes worse before his next shift on Monday. - DL

86ed / counts on items: Out of Apologue Persimmon. There is a partial Blood batch from yesterday, and Autumn G+T will need to be batched soon as well. 

Authentic NA IPA is on a count. 21 on hand. -DL

Prep List: NewFest 35. Paloma.

Over/Short on Banks: Filmbot was short $8 last night because the Taylor Swift extra change wasn't counted and left in the drawer overnight. Let's make sure it's dropped in the bank bag tonight and counted. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor came this morning. AB

Maintenance: I know we're all aware of the Narragansett's FOB and it's reluctance to float, but it seems worse than usual and slowing down service this week. I'm not sure who can look at that for us repair-wise? AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
