Manager Communication: 
Started busy with lots of Paw Patrol guests in the first round, but the middle two rounds were a little more sedate. JH

Autumn G&T Stopped pouring from Trees all together but it's still pouring from Lobby. I changed the keg and triple checked it but can't figure out whey the line's not pulling. EL

Customer Comments:
Had an underage guest at Trees ask Ian for a non-alcoholic beer.  Ian touched base with me, and we agreed to not sell the beverage, as the law surrounding the issue is a bit fuzzy.  Ian explained to the guest why we were unable to sell them the n/a beer, and the guest was fine with that. JH 

BAR Staff Observations: Good team today.  Everyone worked great together.
Frozens got clean. Took a little longer at Trees because of the late event. EL

FOH Staff Observations: Alicia worked her full shift but was in pain most of the shift and told me she was going to the Hospital right after. 

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Jenna did not show up for her shift this morning.  I text and called her at 11:15, but it went straight to voicemail.  I did eventually hear from her a little before noon, she said her alarm had gotten switched off, but at that point I had already figured out coverage and told her to not come in today and that we would talk when she came in for her next shift (Thursday, 10.19)

I opened lobby and told Nathaniel that I would work lobby until Ian got in.  Nathaniel let me know that while Kelsey was scheduled as a server on the third floor, they could handle the first round service without her.  I was able to have Ian come in thirty minutes earlier, 1:00pm, to help Lydia with service while I worked lobby, and Kelsey came in at 12:45 to work lobby for the first round, before clocking out and clocking back in as a server at 3:30pm to conclude her shift. 

Schedulefly was updated for all involved staff (I temporarily deputized myself to alter the server schedule to fix Kelsey's shift times, and then un-deputized myself). JH

Special Events? The Love Witch event after the film had a long line of people wanting to purchase the book, but they didn't drink much. EL

86ed / counts on items: Jalisco is on a count but a sharp eye should be kept on it since it's used in the michelada. 

Prep List: Bloody Concentrate, Autumn G&T, Old Fashioned -EL

Over/Short on Banks: Trees was $2 short.

Pay Outs: $50 Talent Love Witch

Maintenance: There's a steady leak in the lobby coming from one of the cameras. EL

Filmbot Issues:
The Filmbot laptop at lobby keeps losing access to certain permissions, namely accessing order transactions and any Williamsburg information.  It can definitely cause a backup with guests, which is rough in a busy lobby.  What email should be logged in on that account to ensure proper access? JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
