Manager Communication: Pretty smooth Friday. Only Taylor sold out, but everything was decently attended round dinner and early lates. Trees had steady business. - EL

BAR Staff Observations: Tevon started batches and juice limes and lemons for Trees. -DL
Ashley and Tevon got out of here at 8:30 and 9. Everyone else had great closes. - EL

Prep List: Prepped and ready - EL

Pay Outs: $10 5460 Bitters, $32.51 7150 Keys

Lost & Found?: A wallet was found at lobby bar, and a pair of keys was found at Trees. I gave both to MODs. - EL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

The beer and merch for NewFest came today. Merch was placed in the bar storage room. Been in the back of the walk-in behind the Budweiser. -DL

Maintenance:
The 3 department sink is back and leak free. The cement around the drain should be dry by the opening shift. -DL

Mobilebytes Issues: 
Multiple iPads said "Out Of Socket" this morning. Paul said if this happens the go to the terminal in the MOD office and restart the Mobilebytes app from there. -DL

Filmbot Issues: 
To accommodate the super special Taylor Swift ticket pricing, Filmbot will have proper change in the drawer on days that we are screening her concert.  All bills and coins will need to be counted at open and close. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
