Manager Communication: 
Decently busy Friday evening throughout the building.  A lot of the larger service pushes were pretty staggered out, particularly on the second and third floor.  Even being down one bartender, we never really felt understaffed, as I was able to move bartenders down to lobby to help Tevon when needed.  Five Nights at Freddy's crowd is definitely out to have a good time, and orders throughout the movie. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Really great team tonight, particularly since I had a fair amount of admin work to get done in between service pushes.  Tevon really held down lobby on his own all night, and Dwight was, as always, incredibly helpful with ticketing and guiding guests.  Ashley, Ian, and Matthew crushed at Trees all night, and Ashley was able to get out of here once the Th2 FN@F got through its initial service push.  Ian and Matthew were ready for the late night bar crawl, and kept up with the crowd. JH

Special Events? 
The PS 107 Parents Bar Crawl came through around 11:15/11:30pm.  Really lovely crowd, not too interested in going up to the mezz, but they seemed to have a lovely time at their last stop.  Last call was 1:00am, and they were on their way out the door by 1:30am. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Bartenders are aware of the new token counting system and have been on top of printing out checks when tokens are used.  The whiteboard at Trees also has a reminder note.  For managers: are we storing these token checks somewhere, or just tossing them after confirming the count? JH

86ed / counts on items:
Until we get a replacement nitrogen tank, we are 86'd: Catskills Black Lager; Ebbs; Finback; Jack's Abby; Narragansett; Other Half; & Rockaway Nitro Stout. JH

Prep List: 
Bloody Mary will need to be made before doors tomorrow.  Each bar is stocked, but there is no backup in bar prep. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow morning. JH

It looks like the handsoap dispenser for lobby bar was delivered this Monday, October 23rd.  I checked the area by the side door, but couldn't find anything.  It may have gotten mixed in with some kitchen deliveries, if somebody has a chance to check tomorrow. JH 

Maintenance: 
Our backup nitrogen tank ran out around 6:45pm.  I called NuCO, as they were supposed to deliver a nitrogen tank to replace the incorrect tank they dropped off yesterday.  They said that they could not find a delivery request, and started a new one for me.  It is listed as a high priority ticket for tomorrow morning.  Our ticket is still: 6974027. 

Most of our draught line is 86'd until the backup tank arrives.  JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
