Manager Communication: Second backup nitrogen tank did not come today. Nick followed up with NuCo. Should be here within the next few days. -ABen We ran out of pint glasses between both bars during a busy service, so I ended up having to break out a case. All of today's staff cocktail quizzes are in Nick's cubby.  AB

Customer Comments: Someone had an accident (shit) in womens bathroom on the floor at bathroom in Trees & Vlad had to clean it up. We gave him a couple tokens-ABen

BAR Staff Observations: Everyone really stepped up to a challenging day/evening. Tevon was in constant communication for what was needed and delegated stocks. Miguel has been so on top of keeping the bar/mezz area bussed and tidy during these busy services. AB

FOH Staff Observations: Brendan Catan is an absolute gem supporting his coworkers with busy drink services. AB

Hiring/Training: Ariel 1st day training Brunch opening with Nicky D -ABen

Special Events? Frozen machines are ready to go for Monkey Shoulder event tomorrow. Two Coconut Lime Slushee's on the far left, one Fire Walk with Me and In the Mood for Love on the right. AB

86ed / counts on items: Rockaway Stout is still 86. Should be back on tomorrow -ND. We 86'ed fresh juice late in the evening, if we can get that started tomorrow. We are 86 backup coffee stirrers. AB

Prep List: Natasha has us batched up -ABen Darius made more Coco Lime Slushee for the Monkey Shoulder event tomorrow (there's an already-opened pineapple juice for the daiquiri, I put it with the other Monkey Shoulder goodies). We'll need a backup Autumn G+T/Live Deliciously at some point. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
