Manager Communication: AMAZING NEWS FIRST AND FOREMOST! The emergency nitrogen backups arrived this morning. All the lines are officially cleared. Autumn G+T is having a hard time pouring at the left beer tower in Trees. I've adjusted it every way possible, but no salami. Other good news, shiny new flooring in the walk-in was installed this morning. Bad news, the kegs got moved around like crazy. I took all the Old Fashioned & Negroni store'n'pours from both bars and married them back into their keg homes. Good crowd at the bar today. AB

All the kegs in the walk-in were put back in the correct order. No more Baba Rabbit. Switched the mystery cocktail to Days Of Being Wild -DL

BAR Staff Observations: Both openers (Maya and Miguel) were killer today. Miguel made ToonsSpoons&Booze look so easy. Jeshua's early in-time was a huge help, and later Lydia hopped in and kept Trees flowing through a busy service. AB

Lydia floated to Lobby Bar while Matthew knocked out batches- DL

FOH Staff Observations: Kim, James, & Rebecca consistently keep things moving on these busy brunch mornings. AB

Special Events? ToonsSpoons&Booze all ages went smooth enough. AB

86ed / counts on items: The last bloody concentrate was utilized today, but we have plenty of Bloody Mary to get us through the weekend. Low on Rittenhouse so I made a 1/2 Old Fashioned keg, and there are 3 bottles left if we need to batch an In the Mood for Love. We are out of oat milk, so I asked Dana to pick up a few on his way in. AB 

Prep List: Will need Genmaicha and possibly another batch of  The Blood -DL

Pay Outs: $18 for Oat milk- DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: The hand blenders came in. One is in the prep area and the other is in the liquor next to the spare parts. -DL

Maintenance: The leak in Lobby is back with a vengeance. Paul and I were wondering if this has to do anything with the sink drain in bar prep? It overflowed both yesterday and today. Vlad unclogged it mostly, but it still fills up with water more than usual. The lobby lowboys are still pooled with water. It seems to be getting cleaned everyday, and it's just gotten worse.  AB

Matthew wiped out the bottoms of the lowboy before he left so we can see how much water pools into it overnight. -DL

Mobilebytes Issues: Can we get a prompt on the cereal shot button so that servers have to choose Mr. Black or Bourbon Cream? AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
