Manager Communication: 
Ashley, Tevon, Ian and Darius got us off to a great start for the open bar. Tevon and Ian closed it out as Darius went to close in the lobby. -DL

Is it possible to turn that extra binder into an event communication binder? Something with notes for upcoming events of the week or month for the bartenders to refer to in tandem with the manager. -DL

FOH Staff Observations: 
Katie Miller had to be cut off today prior to the Mixer beginning. Ashley brought it to our attention that she appeared to have one too many. After being cut off she appeared to cry and her friend said she would take care of her as they left. -DL

Special Events: NewFest Queer Media Mixer went great in Trees. Crowded came in at a steady but not overwhelming pace.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
As business levels vary, let's dial in our batching.  We are having a lot of product hanging out for extended periods of time in the walkin before it even gets brought back behind the bars, which is unnecessary. This goes double for movie specials, as we tend to have those leave the menu in a much tighter timeframe. JH   

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance:
Spent another hour on the phone with NuCO today.  They have sworn, again, that there will be a technician out tomorrow to check on the nitrogen generator tomorrow at 11:00 am.  

As far as an explanation as to why our appointments keep getting canceled/passed over, I have been unable to get an answer.  Related: it appears that two of the (many) people I have been forwarded to in order to leave several voice messages for over the last two weeks are either on vacation or no longer employed by the company, which was a fun reveal.  JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
