Manager Communication:  Pretty good night. Nice trees crowds all night. 

BAR Staff Observations: Good team today. Lydia swung up after Ian arrived and worked the busiest of the night with Tevon. Ashley batched a bunch.  Tevon and Ian closed it down. Everyone did a good job. 

Special Events? Night of the Living Dead x Morione Youth killed again. Them and Psycho viewers were great trees guests. 

Prep List: 
Made a double batch of the Concord Grape Maple Syrup. 

We have four cambros of Concord grapes stored in the kitchen freezer.  Each cambro has enough grapes to make one batch of Concord Grape Maple Syrup.  They are already destemmed and washed, so do not need any other prep work to be used in the syrup.  Treat these backups like we do the purees in the freezer (using only when we have no product left in the walk-in), and immediately let me know if you grab one. JH

We'll need a keg of Old Fashioned, Live Deliciously and Autumn G&T (are we waiting for a new syrup recipe? ) - EL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH

All of the pandan orders from Amazon have arrived, so we are set for a bunch of batches. JH

Maintenance:
The tri-sink at Trees appears to be the source of the leak in the lobby ceiling, so it will not be used in-service.  Bar team is aware, and Angelo will be taking a look at it Thursday morning. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
