Manager Communication:

Nitrogen delivery came in before we opened. So everything is back on. They did only bring one tank, but promise they will be back tomorrow with a second tank. I will follow up tomorrow morning. -ND

Trees bar spec quizzes have been printed and administered to all Saturday bartenders. I will give them to The Sunday and Monday bartenders as well. We can assess Tuesday morning who still needs to take it. -ND

I want to be sure we are checking off the opening porters and overseeing the FOH porters on their daily deep cleans. Can we all put extra attention on addressing these with the porters on your opening shifts for the next week? It doesn't look like many of the opening jobs are getting done on schedule.  -ND

Five Nights of Freddy has a lot of minors attempting to come for it with and without guardians during the late showings. Instructed the lobby bartender to keep an eye out and inform an manager if needed. -DL

Special Events?
30th Birthday party in Mezz was great. Not a large crowd but they met their minimum for the space. DL

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
For openings at bars can we stress the order of operation for setup. Bartenders are focusing on stocking everything for their shift before doors, and spending all their time in the prep area. They are not setting up bars and bar areas until last minute. We need to flip that. Bars should be clean and set up and looking open when doors open. Deep stocks can be done as soon as the first rush is over. -ND

The lobby bar soap dispenser was in the chefs office. It is now filled and attached to the wall at the lobby bar. -ND

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
