Manager Communication: 
Good Open, Newfest screenings were sold out and we had a great after crowd at Trees. - EL

Dinner round was good, with Taylor really carrying the night and Barbie continuing to nearly sell out. Last movie was at ten, so it was an early night across the building. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Miguel was cut at start of the shift. Natasha and Matthew had great opens, and Kelsey was a great mid. Great team this afternoon - EL

Natasha and Matthew got out of her once everyone had a chance to grab family meal and both bars were restocked for the final rounds.  Kelsey was primarily at Trees throughout her shift, and stuck around until last call in the last Taylor screening.  Darius and Tevon closed each bar without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
During the first Taylor push Rebecca was great help guiding traffic and getting trays ready while I jumped behind the bar to run service since the NewFest crowd was plentiful. I was only there 20-30 minutes and in that time Rebecca's help was excellent.- EL

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Jeshua's issue with his eye escalated, and he is unable to come in for his Lobby Open shift tomorrow.  With the NewFest screenings being the biggest pushes tomorrow, Darius said he would be happy to work a solo Lobby shift.  I have updated Schedulefly to reflect the changes, and Jeshua will let me know tomorrow after his doctor's appointment me if he needs to put up his Tuesday shift, too. JH

86ed / counts on items:
There is a count on Athletic until we get more delivered this week. JH

Pay Outs: 
There were two pay out slips from yesterday in Trees' drawer at the end of the night.  I brought them back to the office and gave them to Wyatt to include them with the credit card slips from last night. JH

Lost & Found?:
A regular left behind a small notepad in a leather case at Lobby.  Darius knows them, as they come in pretty frequently, so he's pretty sure he'll be back tomorrow to pick it up.  I labeled it with a post-it and left it in the projection booth at lobby bar. JH   

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance: 
NuCo is expected tomorrow to finally check out our nitrogen generator.  I'm in tomorrow morning and will reach out to them first thing. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
