Manager Communication: 
Pretty good start to the day. Busy but not overwhelming first round, second round  KOTFM was way busier.  EL

Dinner rounds were busy, but the last round was pretty mellow.  Trees got a nice crowd during the Th1 KotFM flip, but those guests pretty quickly went into Th1 once it opened for the final round of the day. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Great openers, Mids were very helpful and appreciated. EL

Openers got out of here shortly after closers got in, and both Darius and Miguel got out around 9:30/10:00, once the majority of the final round had settled.  I have noticed that Miguel has been really conscientious about matching dates on product when refilling store n pours, and and makes sure to wash them out and update the labels immediately.  He took point at service bar for the majority of the evening rushes, and did a really great job keeping the pass stocked and organized.

Both Jenna and Tevon closed each bar without issue.  The last hour or so of service was pretty quiet, so they each got a jump on pre-closing. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
The building got very cold this evening, definitely time to start switching on the heat.  Lobby, Trees, and the hallway for Th3/5 were especially chilly. JH

A note for the service email: make sure the hot water tap is in the off position after pouring hot water for tea orders at Trees.  It is a bit darker around the coffee station at Trees than in Lobby, so it can be easy to leave the tap open and the hot water running without immediately noticing it. JH

Maintenance: 
Eliel checked the fan switch in the bar storage closet Matthew had mentioned in regards to the ice machine overheating, and that seemed to do the trick.  May have just been switched off during the NewFest load-in/load-out.  Eliel refreshed the tape on the switch to make sure it stays on. JH

Filmbot Issues:
I touched base with Dani and let her know that Filmbot does not need coin change in it for tomorrow, as Taylor Swift has left the building until Thursday. JH

Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
