Manager Communication: The In the Mood is next to the Coco Lime slushie at both bars. Neon Demon has been removed and placed in the walk-in. - DL

BAR Staff Observations: Ian replaced the menus at Trees and Jeshua did the same for Lobby Bar. -DL

FOH Staff Observations: Had to call Vlad a couple times for paper and soap in the bathroom. -DL

Special Events: Spoons was busy. Ran through about 20 cartons of cow milk.

Prep List: Matthew made 1 keg of Autumn G&T, Live Deliciously, and a double of Guava Island. I made a double of The Blood and a batch of the In the Mood For Love. -DL

R&D comp checks:
Rang up and comped cost from the beverage tasting. JH   

Pay Outs: Payout to the DJ in Trees tonight. -DL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH   

Maintenance:
The nitrogen generator in the liquor room is not working correctly.  While it has been making the sounds of turning on and off as normal, the gauges are completely off.  I spoke with NuCO2 and we have a technician scheduled to come out next Thursday, October 12th, which is their earliest availability.  Our ticket number is: 6939035.

In the meantime, a driver will be stopping by to drop off another back up tank, either today or tomorrow.  If I am not here when they arrive, please make sure that the driver hooks up the new tank before they leave. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
