Sunday 03.31 EASTER EDITION Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication: Busiest round today was the first with Interstellar in TH1 at doors. Maya really held her own, and Kelsey swooped in to assist with glassware. Miguel prepped all morning in lobby, we should be good on juice and should check those levels going into Trivia on Tuesday. Once Tevon landed, we batched a bunch. AB Out of the clear/yellow-labeled #3 dish washer solution, Chef Nick confirmed it'll be back in house tomorrow AM. Been keeping a careful eye on the glassware, they're coming out fine for the time being. AB  Easter brought in a lot of families and new people that were unfamiliar with things here. Had a lot of walk ins close to show time that made lobby extra busy this evening. Darius was great at dealing with all the people rushing in last minute with only a few calls for help. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Maya is super observant & communicative, it has been incredibly helpful when watching product levels going into new menu. AB FOH Staff Observations...

Saturday 03.30 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: Busy day throughout the the day. A few of the smaller theaters sold out and some high numbers in the bigger ones. Service ran smooth from the bar. Glassware was a constant issue again. Pint glasses were constantly low throughout the busy rounds. Bartenders were upset with it since we needed extra pints for the NA drinks during the Sweet 16 in trees. -DL Couple people on staff forgot to pay their tabs at trees for food. I made note of each person on each check at the end of the night. Can we just remind everyone to pay at the time they order food? Seems like people tend to forget to double back when it's their time to leave. -DL Customer Comments:  Just a heads up about a potential credit card scam.  A guest in the 5:30 Th1 GxK did not want to sit in the seat he purchased, saying that he wanted to sit alone but was uninterested in exchanging his tickets and became agitated and requesting a refund.  Dwight and Carly walked him down to Lobby, where I w...

Friday 03.29 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Hello, busy Friday night! We had a plethora of folks ordering HH drinks & HH small plates earlier in the evening - let's reiterate to Trees bartenders to keep an eye on roll-ups this weekend. From 6-8:00PM, all downstairs theaters were sold out! Gabrielle & Tevon were simply amazing in Lobby, taking turns getting glassware and hustling through some of the busiest 3&5 drink service I've seen. Ian did some light batching and went back to Trees to help Matthew and Natasha. AB Tevon got us back up on some Trees cocktail cheaters before he was cut. We are officially running through what we have behind the bar for Y Tu Mama & Cosmopolis, I've been making a half batch of Brain the Size of a Walnut every other day if we want to keep checking that. If Ariel stops by tomorrow morning, he'll be bringing enough apricot syrup from WB to get us back up on French Dispatch before menu change. AB I drafted a very rough doc in the drive called ...

Thursday 03.28 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Rainy day kept things pretty calm for the day. The smaller theaters jumped a little with some walkin but not much action during the first round. Gave the bartenders time to cut and juice fruit and get ahead for the weekend.-DL Bartenders should keep an eye on the collins glasses and water cups. Finding a lot with residue from the Ecto Chiller and Death Chill. Just a reminder that they need to give them an extra rinse before putting them through the machine. -DL The rain kept guests at the bar tonight. Jeshua was excellent support for Natasha while Ian got us batched and ready for the weekend. Matthew was absolutely chillin in Lobby. AB The new bar mats are still in the liquor room because I didn't want to confuse porters who were throwing away the old ones. I already measured and cut the bar mat that goes under the service pass! AB Found just a minor inconsistency between the Menu Change Master and the Theater Spec Sheet doc,  -Pistachio Mai Tai: Collins or ...

Wednesday 03.27 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication:  Very chill Wednesday, besides MISS MALICE of course. Jawbreakers was a total hit, with a full bar before the showing. Gabrielle got both bars stocked before taking the desired early cut. Matthew batched us up and helped with the busy push, leaving right at his out-time. Jeshua was a gem tonight in lobby directing a lot of newcomers. AB BAR Staff Observations:  Lydia & Matthew handled a rambunctious crowd of folks ready to drink with tenacity and shall I say, spunk? AB Again, while covering the bar for family meal someone ordered two cocktails that I didn't have the resources available to make. I couldn't make any of the Trees cocktails, and we are only supposed to be 86 French Dispatch. I caught us up on all the cheaters. Lets please ask the openers this week to double check those, so we can continue making partial batches within reason. AB FOH Staff Observations:  Where would Nitehawk be without James Denzer? I hope I never have to find out. A...

Tuesday 03.26 Nick/Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: Calm day in the building for most of the evening.Lydia was cut after family, Ian was able to handle Lobby alone. Tevon knocked out some batching and was able to get out around 7:15. Trees had a big crowd come in right before the 9:15 showing of Prison but Darius was able to handle the crowd while I took care of service tickets from a busy TH.4 after their issues. T-DL  86ed / counts on items: Catskill In The Mood For Love are both 86'd.  Prep List: Negroni kicked towards the end of the night.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH  Union will arrive tomorrow. -DL

Monday 03.25 Jenn

Manager Communication:  Mellow Monday. BAR Staff Observations:  Both Jenna and Kelsey did a great job opening both bars up before I came in, and they handled the first round with ease.  Once closers got in, Tevon did some light batching and Darius did a big Trees restock to get through the rest of the night.  Both openers got out of here shortly after everyone had a chance to grab family meal, and Jenna completed her annual review after she clocked out.  Darius and Tevon cleaned the frozen machines and closed without issue. 86ed / counts on items: 86'd Catskills & Pilsner.    Prep List:  Had Tevon batch up some Bloody Concentrate, just to get it out of the way.  Figured we could run some numbers tomorrow and recalibrate the Do Not Batch list and see what we need to get us through to menu change.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  The new can opener from Amazon arrived, I brought it to Bar Prep.   Baldor and Stumptown arri...

Sunday 03.24 Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication:   Mellow start, with Eternal Sunshine reigning champ. Smaller theaters were filling up downstairs, so Kelsey stayed mostly in Lobby and supported Miguel while he sliced & juiced for both bars. Maya absolutely crushed service on her own upstairs. Once Tevon rolled in, we batched this walk-in back to its glory. AB My finger was our broken/ghetto can openers latest victim, ordered a new one from Amazon that should last much longer. Arrives tomorrow. AB Evan dropped a full glass rack this morning, it's kind of mixed bag in regard to what we lost. AB After Tevon finished batching we were able to get Kelsey out. Tevon and Jeshua held Trees down for the rest of the night while Darius handled Lobby with no issues. -DL The frozen machine in the lobby is fixed and filled with Ecto Chiller for service. No more going upstairs for a glass.-DL Customer Comments: Around 9:15 a woman who was sitting in the 8pm Immaculate was found unconscious momentarily in a seat near ...

Saturday 03.23 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication:  The rain definitely brought in the crowds.  Almost all theaters were full throughout the day, which kept all floors very busy.  Service ran smoothly, and Trees had a couple of groups hang out for the afternoon. JH All floors stayed very busy. Lydia needed added support in lobby for a good chunk of the evening to help with Filmbot. Everyone broke a sweat today to keep up with service today.  BAR Staff Observations:  Wooooooo, great Saturday crew!  Maya held down Lobby mostly solo this morning, with Matthew floating down for restocks and support as needed.  Darius and Matthew crushed Trees service, toggling glassware and product restocks as needed. JH Big shoutout to Ian for being such a positive energy in trees during the event. There were some guest that were a bit impatient and particular but Ian kept a smile on not only his face, but Gabrielle and Jeshua as well. Great energy to have behind the bar this evening. -DL FOH Staff ...

Friday 03.22 Jenn

Manager Communication:  Slow start, into a bustling dinner round.  Busy service on all three floors tonight, but neither bar ever got backed up and drinks were ran without issue. Customer Comments:  Had a lovely couple come in who had purchased tickets for Love Lies Bleeding online, and were looking to apply their senior/military discount.  Since the showing was sold out, Filmbot would not allow me to exchange their seats so I could run the refund.  I explained the situation to them, and offered them popcorn and soda on the house in their movie as a substitution.  They seemed pretty happy with that, and Jared comped the items in Th5.  BAR Staff Observations:  Really great group today, all leads and a Gabrielle.  Gabrielle held down a very busy Lobby for the majority of the evening, while Tevon batched us up to prep for what looks like a very busy, rainy Saturday.  Ian handled the initial PSP crowd without issue, and was able to get March...

Thursday 03.21 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Down a closer today, so openers knew they would stay on a little later. Everyone kept up the hustle and the evening service felt very smooth, regardless. Jeshua spent most of the evening up in Trees while Matthew went in on some prep. Once Gabrielle was restocked Jeshua was good to go. Matthew stuck around for the busy Dune push in TH2 and left by around 9:00PM. Jenna handled the rest of the night. AB Matthew batched us up on Ecto Chiller! It's on the bottom shelf so it isn't confused with In The Mood for Love . Jenna was an angel and broke down one side of the FWWM   and it is clearly labeled. AB Theater cocktail specs are updated behind both bars. AB BAR Staff Observations:   Thanks Gabrielle for helping upstairs after closing Lobby! Jenna hasn't closed Trees in a while and was helping with Natasha's shift and got a little behind. AB Prep List:   The Winter G & T is about to kick, it is already batched in a cambro and will need to be...

Wednesday 03.20 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Exceptional vibes tonight! FilmFeast was a success, with plenty of patrons heading up to Trees after. Matthew helped Dana & Nick with all the courses while holding down the rest of Lobby Bar. Meanwhile Gabrielle was supporting Miguel upstairs & Darius was batching us up. She was able to scooch out once Darius was back. Miguel stuck around for the theaters to die down and got everyone set before he left. AB Susan Kent won't be available for Karaoke until May, so I added those dates as holds to the event calendar and will touch base again with her mid-April. AB   Couldn't get to the bubblers in Trees, but I'll make sure they're done tomorrow night. AB BAR Staff Observations: Darius was the bartender everyone wanted. He always knows how to get a crowd to feel welcome & have a great time. AB   FOH Staff Observations:  Shoutout to the FilmFeast server gang! Everyone in Parasite  left the theater excited to talk about their positive ...

Tuesday 03.19 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: Very pleasant Tuesday, considering. Once everyone was in, Darius got straight to batching and then met up with the Trivia crew upstairs. We had some big theater pushes amongst a busy TH2  Love Lies Bleeding & TH1 Legend. Jeshua was excellent handling the pass for those while Maya slayed table service. Tevon had his hands full with guests and resetting. Ian in Lobby helped me get all the FilmFeast glassware together for tomorrow, it's stacked in the liquor closet. AB We stumbled upon the Wormwood Gin! Updated the Water of Life doc. AB BAR Staff Observations:  The squad was real tonight! Darius, Ian, Jeshua, Maya, & Tevon did not stop moving. AB FOH Staff Observations:   Jay has really stepped up. While supporting TH1, he used any downtime to support bar without even being asked. AB Special Events?   Trivia went extra smooth, just noting we didn't have any clean tablecloths if someone can get those dropped off for dry-cleaning in the mor...

Monday 03.18 Jenn

Manager Communication:  Pretty quiet night.  Neither of the big theaters cracked 80, so service was active but not crazy.  Decent crowd at Trees throughout the evening, but that naturally swindled by eleven. BAR Staff Observations:  Jenna and Lydia had already opened both bars by the time I got in and handled a mellow first round on their own.  Once Tevon got in, he got some batching done and Jenna was able to get out of here once that was finished.  Similarly, Lydia stuck around through family meal and the Th1 dinner push, but I figured there was no reason to keep them around until the TH2 seating, so they got out of here around the same time as Jenna.  Jeshua handled Trees solo all night, and I hopped in to help with the Th2 dinner round seating.  Tevon closed Lobby and gave Jeshua a hand cleaning the frozen machines.  86ed / counts on items:  86'd Singlecut Kim.  Prep List:  Tevon got some light batching out of the way when ...

Sunday 03.17 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication:  Another day with some more mellow first round screenings in the bigger theaters, and then ticket sales steadily rising throughout the day.  Having Dune and Kung Fu Panda alternate in the big theaters has been helpful in giving bartenders time to restock and reset the service pass between seatings.  Once the event cleared out, Trees stayed decently busy with a lot of people coming through for some snacks and bevvies after the parade. JH Both bars ran extremely smooth today. Kelsey was able to get out a little before her schedule time. We  kept Natasha a bit longer to get a good restock in and cover for family meal. Trees emptied out real early which made breaking down bar a breeze for Jeshua. -DL BAR Staff Observations:  As mentioned in Special Events , Matthew and Natasha were excellent at this morning's event, and slid right back into theater service once it wrapped up.  Kelsey was solo in Lobby most of the day, and she really held ...

Saturday 03.16 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication:  Easy opening round, with ticket sales climbing throughout the day.  Gave us a lot of time to get some early batching and evening prepwork done, and Trees had a pretty good crowd from 4 o'clock onwards. JH Busy evening at both bars. After helping with the start of the dinner rush in lobby, Matthew was able to swing upstairs to support for a restock before clocking out. Jeshua had a busy night in lobby bar and did great. The only time he needed assistance was for glassware which was low on the first floor all night. -DL BAR Staff Observations:  Great opens today, and Natasha absolutely crushed prep-work during the first round.  Matthew got us ahead on some batching in the back, and once Ian came in we were able to get Miguel out of here a little bit later.  Matthew floated down to Lobby and held down a very busy service round on his own.  Natasha juiced more lemons and limes to help stock both bars after a very cocktail-heavy Friday ev...

Friday 03.15 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication:  The nice weather kept the first round pretty sedate in the bigger theaters, but dinner round picked up the pace with plenty of full theaters. JH Dinner round definitely picked up and hit both bars in large waves. Had a really big push towards the end of the night halfway through the last round.-DL BAR Staff Observations:  Ian and Tevon both had great opens, setting each bar up with the new Problemista special.  Tevon came in a little before one and did a quick bar prep shift, helping me unload the Baldor and US Foods deliveries that arrived this morning, as I am still limited in what I can lift. JH Gabrielle, Ian and Matthew were great in Trees tonight. Tevon knocked out a ton of batching to get ahead for this weekend. Maya needed an extra hand in lobby during the dinner round and was overall having a tough time tonight. I spoke to her and she explain she was a bit tired. She's off until Tuesday so she should be okay.

Thursday 03.14 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication: An extremely calm Thursday. Ian supported Jeshua for Dune and was able to get out of here not long after that rush. Matthew handled some batching early into his shift so Darius was cut not long after family meal. -DL Sick Leave/ Call outs:  We cut Natasha from the day as business levels did not require two closers at Trees. JH Prep List: Problemista special is ready. -DL Pay Outs: $195-Juan-Repairs Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  All deliveries arrived.  Baldor and US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH

Wednesday 03.13 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: The nice weather outside kept things pretty quiet inside for the first rounds. Kelsey and Matthew were able to knock out their side work in the beginning of the shift. While the closers could knock out the bubblers before the dinner round. -DL Kelsey got out of here once the Trees crowd settled down before the 7:45PM Dune  and Matthew was done batching.   Maya held down the service pass like a true kween. Matthew got the bar stocked and set before he left. Jeshua in Lobby had no issues and was in great communication throughout the night. AB Customer Comments:   Around 5PM Maya told me there were two guests making her uncomfortable and seemed very intoxicated at the bar. They immediately made plenty of inappropriate comments toward me while covering the bar for family meal. Dwight was looped in and agreed it was time for them to leave. He escorted them out without too much issue. AB Around 7PM Dwight called for an MOD to Lobby. He was trying to get ...

Tuesday 03.12 Jenn/Nick/Ashley

Manager Communication:  Very successful service tonight. Gabrielle put so much time & effort deep-cleaning Trees. Lydia juiced before their cut. Ian caught us up on a few infusions and syrups. Maya & Tevon held down some hefty pushes at Trees and the Music Driven casual afterparty. Frozen machines got cleaned upstairs. AB I found our yuzu concentrate! It was on the dry goods shelf in kitchen. Thankfully, I tasted it and it was fine. AB The bags and boxes in the liquor room not put away are misc. FilmFeast product. AB BAR Staff Observations:  Ian swung up to Trees and supported after his close so Tevon could focus on the frozens. Also, thank you Tevon for cleaning the frozens two nights in a row. It's not a fun job. We see you. AB Special Events?  Music Driven afterparty was very chill. The crowd ordered just a round and fizzled shortly after. AB Prep List: Espresso Martini keg at some point. AB

Monday 03.11 Dana

Manager Communication: Quiet evening in the building with the exception of Fantasic Planet. Everyone appeared to be in a good mood but obviously tired from a busy weekend so the calmness was appreciated. Was able to cut Jenna around 6:30 after Tevon finished a small batch list. BAR Staff Observations: Darius and Tevon were aware about no closing bar manager tonight and immediately understood the game plan. After Tevon finishes Lobby bar he will swing up to Trees and see if Darius needs a hand with any closing before leaving.   FOH Staff Observations: Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenn sent me a message this morning saying she wasn't feeling well. I came in to do a 12-9 shift instead of my schedule closing shift. Schedulefly was updated.  Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86ed / counts on items: Prep List: Tevon was able to knock out batching. Should focus on some syrups tomorrow but nothing needed right away.  If anyone batches Paloma they should use the the Montelobos Mezc...

Sunday 03.10 Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication: *Happy Annual Oscars Party Fire Alarm Extravaganza Day* Despite the elephant in the room, I am in awe of what the bar team got done. AB Fire alarm fiasco aside, tonight went very smooth. The bar handle the Oscar rush as well as they could with both theaters opening up at the same time. Glassware was low throughout the night, especially rock glasses.  BAR Staff Observations:  Matthew took so much initiative with guests and new movie times amongst all the stress. His level head and leadership went a long ay in this building today. AB Maya! An absolute all star today on service bar. She was able to hold down and lead service bar during the initial rush from a sold out TH.1 and TH2. Due to me being masked up I couldn't expedite the drinks for bar like usual but she was able to communicate drink needs to Kelsey and Tevon. -DL  FOH Staff Observations:  Thank you TH1 team that held down a sold out theater service amongst all the drama. Breanna, Brenda...

Saturday 03.09 Jenn

Manager Communication:  The rain and spice did flow, and we were very busy all day (to be fair, I did not get in until two).  Trees had a few crowds develop over the evening, which was great, and they usually all went into their theaters once they opened.  Crowds in theaters were well behaved all night and kept drink service bustling until last call. BAR Staff Observations:  Echoing Ashley from last night, I really cannot praise bar team enough for today.  Openers and mids sailed through service until I came in, and the rest of the evening ran smoothly because everyone was quick to support when needed.  Both Natasha and Matthew were here a little longer than nine hours, primarily because I needed them for support while Ian caught us up on batching.  We were able to float people up and down as service needed, as well as for any restock needs, and by the time the last movie headed in I was able to get Ian out of here, and closers ran the rest of the nigh...

Friday 03.08 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication: Super grateful for the bar team we had tonight. They did absolutely everything they could to keep service flowing. Ian handled most of sold-out service at the pass, and also got us batched up for the weekend. Tevon ran around the building for glassware, and also swung up to Trees to support. Theaters downstairs were also very sold, and Gabrielle handled all the obstacles handed her way. Matthew and Natasha were the energizer bunnies this building relied on for the rest of the night, maintaining positivity and hustle after a very difficult evening. AB The glassware issue we have run into this passed week has amplified with Kung Fu Panda 4  swinging into the mix. Pints and rocks glasses are the main issue. I'll reiterate, we have plenty of glassware in rotation. Almost 100% of the time that I enter a server station, they are on their phone and/or sitting on stacks of empty glass racks. Theaters are sold out, drinks are dying at the pass, service is being pause...

Thursday 03.07 Jenn

BAR Staff Observations:  Both bars were fully opened by the time I came in, and Ian and Jeshua were able to hold it down while I put away the zillion bar deliveries that arrived today.  Once Gabrielle and Matthew were in, they were both able to get a quick restock in before the dinner round kicked off.   Ian was able to get to the back and get a ton of batching done once Natasha arrived, which set us up really nicely for tomorrow.  Jeshua got out of here once the dinner round settled down, and Ian was gone once he was done batching.  Gabrielle and Natasha crushed a very busy ST&B service, and the rest of the night was relatively quiet once that settled.  Sick Leave/ Call outs:  Dana let myself and Ashley know that he was very sick this morning and would be unable to come in for his closing shift.  Luckily, he caught me right before I left for the train, so I was able to just push my in-time back so that we'd have a bar manager for evening...

Wednesday 03.06 Jenn/Ashley

Manager Communication:  Very mellow first round, giving bar plenty of time to prep for the busier second round showings. JH Trees Lounge was packed from 6PM - 9:30PM! Lots of cocktails and guests enjoying food while avoiding the rain. Darius and Matthew kept up with bar guests and tickets from very sold theaters. Gabrielle left after the sold out Dune in Lobby once Jeshua was good to go. Matthew reset Darius and rolled out after the initial last round push. AB Customer Comments: * Needs to be put on 86 list please! * Harvey, Thaddeus TH1 619 #K35 The woman from this couple came to the bar from their movie and said they were charged for a Tito's and an order of Tater Tots that wasn't received. She had this written on a flag as well from trying to get the servers (Pierce) attention. I apologized for the mix-up, took the items off, and charged her. I checked in with Pierce to follow-up and he seemed confused. He went up to the table and the Tots dish was definitely there and he r...

Tuesday 03.05 Dana

Manager Communication: Not much action with the exception of Dune 2 and Trivia in Trees. The trivia crowd came in thirsty and hungry. Maya and Darius were on-top of it from the beginning while Lydia handled service tickets. Ian held the lobby alone for majority of the night. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Jeshua completed his Sexual Harassment training on ADP.  86ed / counts on items: Pilsner 86'd. Will arrive tomorrow with Union. -DL Prep List: NA Spritz keg is low. There's a backup on in a cambro on the bottom shelf.  Will need to juice citrus. -DL Lost and Found: Shay from Trivia left her phone. It's in the safe. -DL Over/Short on Banks: Filmbot was over $15.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Union, Finback and Other Half will arrive tomorrow. Empire, Southern and SKI will arrive on Thursday. -DL

Monday 03.04 Ashley

Manager Communication:  Today was a busy & smooth Monday. Once closers got in, Jenna swung up to Trees and supported Lydia & Tevon with the double Dune pushes. Tevon held down Trees solo for the Freddy's Dead showing. This crowd came early and packed the bar with good vibes. Darius did his thing in Lobby. Frozen machines got cleaned. The sensor for the Lobby frozen machine should be delivered tomorrow? Fedex tracking ## 775349192397 AB Darius and Jenna were totally fine with finishing their ADP course here after clocking out. I sent a text out to everyone else remaining if we could all follow up with: Miguel, Matthew, Jeshua, and Natasha. AB I did my best to consolidate our product that isn't currently being served so we can better decide what we can utilize throughout the week. Cocktail options for Trivia tomorrow are all on the bottom shelf: AraƱas  (12 quarts), ¿Cual Progreso?  (15 quarts), Happy Ranchiversary!  (4 quarts), We Should Forage  (4 quart...

Sunday 03.03 Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication:  Today has been very smooth for how busy we were. Miguel spent most of his shift prepping for Trees and the event later tonight. Natasha was a drink machine, and Kelsey was excellent support while handling a full bar of guests. I split up the batching between Natasha and Tevon since it was quite the list. AB A busy Sunday in the books. Both bars were great with their communications. Outside of glassware, restocking was a breeze with the timing of the theaters. Had a huge rush for the open bar in celebration of closing night but Darius and Tevon were able to tackle it while Maya and I handled the last Dune 2 pushes. Jeshua swung upstairs after closing lobby bar to help wrap things up and relieve Tevon. -DL BAR Staff Observations: Can't praise this morning team enough! Kelsey, Miguel, Natasha, & Tevon came to slay. AB FOH Staff Observations: Servers in TH1 & TH2 were doing everything they could to get those drinks out and bring glassware back. Erech wa...

Saturday 03.02 Ashley/Dana

Manager Communication: Busy brunch off the bat! Matthew and Natasha were great communicating with each other this morning, and Matthew swung up to support Trees once Miguel got in. The Shorts Fest crowd ordered a lot more today, and hung around at Trees after. Miguel caught us up on fresh juice while holding down Lobby. We had plenty of time to reset and even batch a little before those midday Dune pushes. Once Ian got in, we crushed sold out Dune service back-to-back. Rainy weather kept the bar full for most of the day. AB The Dune crowd is definitely coming in thirsty but the bar never got held up and servers were grabbing trays right away. Rain outside made a lot of people hang out afterwards causing Trees to have a good crowd for majority of the night. -DL We are down to our last of NuFoam for both bars.  Customer Comments: We're getting a lot of walk-in at Trees before the Dune showings. Be prepared for that early pop that leads right into the Dune showings. A constant rush o...

Friday 03.01 Jenn/Dana

Manager Communication:  First round was pretty mellow, which really gave both bars time to really set themselves up for success for those later sold out showings. JH Things picked up in Trees going into the last rounds of the night. All the movies were spaced out in a way that gave us ample time to restock even with a crowded bar at Trees. Darius swung downstairs to support Gabrielle for a couple of sold out theater before getting out of here around 9:30. -DL Customer Comments:  Had a fair amount of guests in the first round who, in their Spice-induced excitement, misread the theater board posted in Lobby and were waiting patiently in front of the wrong theaters.  Just a reminder for this weekend to prompt any guests who appear to be waiting to be seated in front of a theater that is not due for a seating. In the first round alone, I redirected about ten guests from Th3 to Th2. JH BAR Staff Observations: Natasha, Ian and Matthew were great handling the rushes from Dune i...
