Manager Communication: 
Very mellow first round, giving bar plenty of time to prep for the busier second round showings. JH

Trees Lounge was packed from 6PM - 9:30PM! Lots of cocktails and guests enjoying food while avoiding the rain. Darius and Matthew kept up with bar guests and tickets from very sold theaters. Gabrielle left after the sold out Dune in Lobby once Jeshua was good to go. Matthew reset Darius and rolled out after the initial last round push. AB

The woman from this couple came to the bar from their movie and said they were charged for a Tito's and an order of Tater Tots that wasn't received. She had this written on a flag as well from trying to get the servers (Pierce) attention. I apologized for the mix-up, took the items off, and charged her. I checked in with Pierce to follow-up and he seemed confused. He went up to the table and the Tots dish was definitely there and he remembers delivering the drink as well. This situation where a guest comes to the bar happens often and I've never encountered a situation where they were being dishonest. AB

When I saw her boyfriend after the movie at the bar I realized that this is a couple that we have only had problems with in the past. They've been cut off in the theater and at the bar at least three times to my knowledge. When they tried to order a drink at Trees I told them we weren't serving them for the rest of the evening and they left. I think everyone would feel more comfortable if they weren't welcome back for further tomfoolery. AB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Very busy Wednesday for the bar team, and handled gracefully. AB

Special Events? 
All product is good to go for Spoons tomorrow night! We have coco puffs on the dry shelf above the bitters. AB

Prep List: 
In the Mood for Love. All Hakuna Matata product is currently behind Trees, I didn't see any pineapple juice for the batch. Also couldn't find wormwood gin for The Water of Life. Bartenders are all stocked up on Fistful of Dollars but the walk-in got cleared out, we have a bunch of oranges the Lobby opener can juice to get us ahead. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arriving tomorrow. JH

Maintenance: 
Vlad pointed out that the doorstopper on the door of the Trees Lounge Women's Restroom is loose and keeps falling down.  Added to the Maintenance Doc. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
