Manager Communication:

Busy day throughout the the day. A few of the smaller theaters sold out and some high numbers in the bigger ones. Service ran smooth from the bar. Glassware was a constant issue again. Pint glasses were constantly low throughout the busy rounds. Bartenders were upset with it since we needed extra pints for the NA drinks during the Sweet 16 in trees. -DL

Couple people on staff forgot to pay their tabs at trees for food. I made note of each person on each check at the end of the night. Can we just remind everyone to pay at the time they order food? Seems like people tend to forget to double back when it's their time to leave. -DL

Customer Comments: 

Just a heads up about a potential credit card scam.  A guest in the 5:30 Th1 GxK did not want to sit in the seat he purchased, saying that he wanted to sit alone but was uninterested in exchanging his tickets and became agitated and requesting a refund.  Dwight and Carly walked him down to Lobby, where I was covering bartenders for family meal.  

When I went to process the refund, the man continued to grumble about how 'ridiculous' our ticketing policy was and that he wanted a cash refund.  I told him that since he paid with card he would receive his refund on his card.  He gave some pushback, and was pretty adamant that he receive cash.  I explained the refund policy again and offered to print him the refund receipt, which he accepted.  His order id was: 4q4t77g. JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Gabriel and Lydia had a few moments where they didn't notice tickets due to them talking on the other side of the bar in the beginning of the shift. After pointing it out to them they stayed ontop of things. Just want to make note of it for the future. -DL

FOH Staff Observations:
Just a reminder for servers and runners to check the cups before putting it through the machine. Some of the cups were still flipped up due to the left over residue from the frozen drinks. -DL

Special Events?
Alfredo Vasquez-Sweet 16 went extremely smooth. All the kids were really respectful and well behaved.

Coco Lime is now 86'd. No more coco lopez in house. 

All the chamomile syrup is behind the bar at trees.  Helles lager is on a small count. -DL

Prep List: 

I had Matthew batch a one-third batch of Coconut Lime to use up the last can of Coco Lopez.  All Coconut Lime Slushie was moved to Trees, and the tumbler at Lobby has been cleaned. JH
