Manager Communication: 
Easy opening round, with ticket sales climbing throughout the day.  Gave us a lot of time to get some early batching and evening prepwork done, and Trees had a pretty good crowd from 4 o'clock onwards. JH

Busy evening at both bars. After helping with the start of the dinner rush in lobby, Matthew was able to swing upstairs to support for a restock before clocking out. Jeshua had a busy night in lobby bar and did great. The only time he needed assistance was for glassware which was low on the first floor all night. -DL

BAR Staff Observations: 
Great opens today, and Natasha absolutely crushed prep-work during the first round.  Matthew got us ahead on some batching in the back, and once Ian came in we were able to get Miguel out of here a little bit later.  Matthew floated down to Lobby and held down a very busy service round on his own.  Natasha juiced more lemons and limes to help stock both bars after a very cocktail-heavy Friday evening at Trees, then headed back to Trees and crushed the service pass with Ian. JH

FOH Staff Observations:
Shoutout to the opening server team in Th2 (Brendan, Julianna, & Vinny) for helping bring a couple rollies of clean glassware to both bars this morning. JH   

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Miguel got hurt this past week playing basketball, and last night was experiencing some worrying symptoms.  He reached out to me to let me know he would be able to come in for his shift this morning, but that he was hopeful for coverage tomorrow.  Since I already have Matthew coming in as an extra pair of hands for the event, I was able to move Kelsey's Lobby Mid shift to a Lobby Brunch shift, and Darius will come in an hour earlier for his Lobby Close shift.  I spoke with all parties involved and Dana, and have updated Schedulefly accordingly. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
