Manager Communication:
Busy brunch off the bat! Matthew and Natasha were great communicating with each other this morning, and Matthew swung up to support Trees once Miguel got in. The Shorts Fest crowd ordered a lot more today, and hung around at Trees after. Miguel caught us up on fresh juice while holding down Lobby. We had plenty of time to reset and even batch a little before those midday Dune pushes. Once Ian got in, we crushed sold out Dune service back-to-back. Rainy weather kept the bar full for most of the day. AB

The Dune crowd is definitely coming in thirsty but the bar never got held up and servers were grabbing trays right away. Rain outside made a lot of people hang out afterwards causing Trees to have a good crowd for majority of the night. -DL

We are down to our last of NuFoam for both bars.

Customer Comments:
We're getting a lot of walk-in at Trees before the Dune showings. Be prepared for that early pop that leads right into the Dune showings. A constant rush of people coming in before and rushing to close out and get to their seats right before the doors open. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
I absolutely LOVED the bar team assembled for today. We did the thing  AB

Ian and Gabrielle were a joy tonight. They were clearly upset with the glassware issue and how it made thing tight at the but they kept each other and everyone else's moral high with jokes and singing through it all. -DL

FOH Staff Observations:
Had a lot of pushback whenever asking for theaters to get pre-bussed. When TH1 flipped, 13 glass racks were brought down at once. That means 325 glasses couldn't get brought down until credits. Dune II is too long of a film to wait until the end, and bartenders did everything they could to ensure a smooth service: it just isn't possible without the necessary glassware. We already have plenty of pints in rotation, so. AB

Just to add on to Ashley note about earlier- Glassware continued to be an issue all night. There were multiple incidents where I found full or nearly full trays in the server stations, especially in the Th 4/6 station. James made it high priority to bring racks to Trees but outside of him it felt like we had to constantly repeat ourselves. -DL

86ed / counts on items:
We finished the last full bottle of Blue Curacao. Will need to watch the Water of Life special until more arrives on Tuesday. -DL

Pay Outs:
There was a pay out of $700-Misc Operations (Sadi Go Fund Me)

Prep List:
Prepped a bunch for tonight. AB

Pina Colada was a big seller tonight. Should make extra coco lime tomorrow with the nice weather. -DL

Maintenance:
The Frozen for the In The Mood for Love is still down in Lobby Bar until the FedEx delivery comes in. According to the tracking it says it was delayed with no new estimate of the delivery time yet. The FedEx tracking id is #775349192397 -DL
