Manager Communication:
*Happy Annual Oscars Party Fire Alarm Extravaganza Day*
Despite the elephant in the room, I am in awe of what the bar team got done. AB

Fire alarm fiasco aside, tonight went very smooth. The bar handle the Oscar rush as well as they could with both theaters opening up at the same time. Glassware was low throughout the night, especially rock glasses. 

BAR Staff Observations: 
Matthew took so much initiative with guests and new movie times amongst all the stress. His level head and leadership went a long ay in this building today. AB

Maya! An absolute all star today on service bar. She was able to hold down and lead service bar during the initial rush from a sold out TH.1 and TH2. Due to me being masked up I couldn't expedite the drinks for bar like usual but she was able to communicate drink needs to Kelsey and Tevon. -DL 

FOH Staff Observations: 
Thank you TH1 team that held down a sold out theater service amongst all the drama. Breanna, Brendan, Rebecca, and Vincent were extraordinary during a very difficult time and got it done. Atlas downstairs helped MOD's & Miguel usher guests for refunds and just absolutely went above and beyond. While others responded in a more negative light, I only want to talk about these great noodles. 

Prep List:
Plum bitters arrived. 1 Keg of Winter GT is good to go but should make another one tomorrow to have a backup.
Espresso Martini and NA Spritz kicked at the end of the night.  -DL

Miguel was confused with the first few refunds and gave cash refunds in lieu of E-Credits. The cash is definitely going to be off. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
